This is the second eBike I have sold. Dealing with Ebike Exchange was so much more convenient. The bike was picked up when scheduled, and I could track its progress. Unfortunately, I had forgotten to include the charger. A polite request was made, I posted it on Friday, it was received today and today I can already see the payment in my account. Fast communication and easy to deal with. Very quick payment ebike was collected on Saturday and payment in bank account on Monday afternoon. I initially had my bike for sale on marketplaces but received lots of messages and time wasting. The price offered by ebikeexchange was very competitive and only slightly less than I was selling for. I was feeling a bit cautious when I got in touch with Ebike Exchange to sell my bike but having now completed the process I can’t recommend them highly enough. The process is just as explained on their website. They’ve been really clear and helpful with communication throughout and I’ve always felt I knew what was happening. I did have an issue with the first planned collection failing but this was a courier issue outside Ebike Exchange’s control and the staff at Ebike Exchange genuinely seemed to care and sorted the issue quickly. I got the amount I was initially quoted for my bike and I’m happy with that, considering I don’t have the hassle of selling privately. Definitely recommend!

EBike exchange offered me a reasonable price for my bike and a courier was arranged by them. The bike was collected after a few days and 2 days later i get an email confirming the bike had been received and was as described. The full price was paid into my account within an hour - great, professional service. Highly recommend

This whole experience was very proffessional from initial quote to pickup and delivery of my bike. I was happy to hear that I was paid the full amount for the quote aswell, it was a tough desicion to sell but we needed the money and this was the fastest and safest way I could think to sell my expensive e bike.
