I wanted to sell my Giant electric mountain bike but didn't want the hassle of selling privately. I just don't have the time or the patience! Ebike Exchange offered a fair price and I'm pleased to report that the process went very smoothly. Each stage of the transaction completed within the timescales stated. You need to nominate several potential pick-up dates for the cycle courier but this was easy to accommodate. Communications from the courier very good.
Bank payment transfer completed the day after they received and inspected my bike. Easy!

It was a few days before I received a quote from Ebike Exchange because they were busy. After that everything was very efficient. I accepted the quote, the specialist courier company contacted me for dates and sent me messages and emails to let me know when they were coming. The courier arrived on time and was very helpful. I received a message telling me that the bike had been delivered and an email the next day from Ebike Exchange to say that I had been paid. Friendly, efficient people, a fair price and so much easier than selling privately.

Good business and the bike was delivered fine, tracked all the way making it easy to receive - the delivery company they use give you the ability to suggest 5 days in the future you will be there to take it.

Bought a bike from Alex at ebike exchange and the delivery was faultless and the bike is in great condition. Small issue with the bike on arrival but Alex was quick to resolve the issue and 24 hours later all was good. Can't recommend these guys enough, great selection of bikes and fair prices.
