Ebike Exchange Reviews

I got a great bike from Ebike Exchange, and for a very good price. It had done 190miles, other than some scuffs on the pedals and crank arms, it was in near perfect condition. Less than half new price. I have ridden it for a couple of weeks to check all is good, and it is. I went to the showroom to look at the bike and I was seen straight away and the bike set up for me, a couple of tweaks after a test ride, job done. Thank you, I really love the bike- Thank you.

Excellent service. Great communication throughout a well managed process and very prompt payment. Thankyou.

Ebike Exchange made a decent offer for my old bike. They were very efficient and arranged prompt collection.
As soon as they received the bike, they paid immediately . The whole experience was easy and I would use them again next time rather than the hassle of selling on eBay or marketplace

Went to test ride a couple of bikes. They were both well prepared and in excellent working condition. Choose one only for my wife to then buy the other one. If you want an ebike then they are worth a serious look.

Bought a low mileage HAIBIKE from these guys and it’s a great bike. Virtually as new despite being 5 years old.

Great service. 10/10 from me

Thanks Alex

The whole transaction was effortless. The price was competitive; I was offered at a fair price. Alex arranged the collection, and the money was in my bank within 48 hours of the bike being collected by the courier.

Easy communication. Provided everything I asked for. Bike ordered on Monday and delivered by Wednesday. Arrived in good condition. So far so good.

Seamless process from obtaining a quote to collection of the bike and finally payment all as agreed.

I would recommend this place to anyone, having brought a canyon tourque on from them everything was as described and delivery was quick and easy, even on the online appointment they went over the timing of 15 mins to make sure all my questions were answered. They gave me the space I needed to make an informed decision on my purchase.

Only set back was a charger was missed on delivery for the gears. However they were incredible dispatched it that day and arrived quickly. Customer service was on point. Cannot fault them and is a go to place for e-bikes

Very straight forward people to deal with, quick reponse, excellent collection, swift payment, highly recommended

Before deciding to use E Bike Exchange I rang them and had a helpful telephone conversation with Alex
Then, having sent him photos of the bike, the process was quick and easy. And, the price quoted was what I got.

Ebike Exchange was recommended to me by my Wife and it was probably one of the best things I did. From start to finish, the process went smoothly and it took less than a week from bike being collected to payment being sent. The exchange of emails and instructions from them was very professional and well explained for what I need to do. This company also offered me a good price for my E-bike and I fully recommend them. I would consider using them again in the future. 5 stars from me!

Very pleased with delivery kept informed on progress all the time great looking bike would recommend buying a bike from you

Great service all through. Within 4 days from accepting offer bike had been collected, inspected and payment received. No hassle, all organised by Ebike Exchange and tracked and insured delivery.I would not hesitate to use them again.

A quick and reliable service. Thanks

I used E-bike exchange to sell my E-bike. Very happy with the process. Great communication throughout the process at each and every stage including confirmation of receipt and payment.

Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend, great experience!

Easy experience, courier sorted everything, I just had to provide a clean, complete and legally owned bike, and they paid me for it.

Really professional and quick service was very quick considering the distance I am to them and paid a really fair great price without having to deal with people harassing silly money offers when selling privately would 100 percent recommend them
