Great customer service, got feedback and recomentions of what to buy and they made sure I got the correct kit for my bike. Bike is now a beast and a blast to ride! Highly recommend ebiketuner!

My £120 sIMPLEk Pro Nano chip recommended by and purchased from ebiketuner.com for my CUBE Bosch CX motor using the standard KIOX 300 display has never worked.
When seeking recent technical assistance from ebiketuner.com they have advised that because I’ve updated the software/firmware that my ‘chip’ will never work on my bike. Therefore I’ve paid £120 for a chip that is not fit for purpose.
As consolation, ebiketuner.com have offered me a goodwill gesture of 5% discount on a new/latest chip for my e-bike at a further cost of £189 with no reimbursement for the initial chip that they previously claimed was compatible with my e-bike.
Some consolation!
If you manage to get your chip working then enjoy ‘the ride’ until you decide to upgrade your manufacturers software/firmware and then you’re likely to have to fork out for the next generation chip. So much for customer service.
