I’ve purchased two Vol speed units from Ebike Tuner (one for Bosch and one for Sync Drive Pro 2) and both work perfectly. Easy to set up annd easy to install. Any questions I have asked have been answered promptly.
I would wholeheartedly recommend using them when purchasing a derestrictor for your ebike.

I found working with ebiketuner a really good experience. I initially sent them my bike specification and withing a few hours they had responded with the recommended tuner for my bike. Great Start :-). The tuner arrived as promised in 2-3 days. I eventually found a video on youtube for a similar bike install to mine. make sure that you do this piece of research as the manual that comes with the tuner is quite basic and a good video will save a lot of time. On my first attempt I struggled to get all the wiring into the down tube as suggest wit ht he extra connectors. I emailed ebiketuner and again within 24 hours they had responded with a local Ebike shop that would help me with the install. i did manage to do it myself with out the ebike shop however i was really impressed with the customer service and willingness to help.

I paid for the best chip they had for my bike. It worked for about two days and then the system went into limp mode. It wasnt the shop or service either, because they knew it has a chip on, and was fine when it left their shop. You can't get them easily on the phone, and they answer Whatsapp every few days. They suggested I try riding 90 minutes with the assistance off !!!!!!, and never followed up to see if my $450 AUD purchase was working. IF they knew this problem before they sold it to me, are they still allowed to sell the product. This would be called misleading advertising in Australia if that did happen, and would need to be rectified.

Really quick arrival after order. Plug and play Speedbox 3. Only took 10 minutes to install, works perfectly. I am very happy, thank you ebiketuner!

This is the third tuning chip from E-bike tuning. I went for the Speedbox 3 for Bosch. Easy to fit and works a treat. Quick delivery with no dramas. Well pleased. One more bike to go so better save up.

The team was very responsive to support and help me operate the chip, yet it looks like the chip will not operate on my 3.0 vado engine.
Pretty disappointed as I initially checked the pear tune was the correct model but it doesn't work unfortunately. I will now wait for the future chip release

I initially had a problem installing your equipment but, through substantial perseverance, Dianne was able to assist greatly to enable me to make a successful installation.

The product was fine however was not made aware of the import duties and taxes that I would incur when ordering and having delivered to Canada. This would have changed my purchase decision as it added $85 for total delivery fees! That is almost half the cost of the product... Ouch!

Also the product would not work with my Bike. The ebiketuner support was not able to resolve this however when contacting the product manufacture they had the solution back to me the same day.

An online purchase the way it should work. Great product, great website, and fast delivery with proper tracking.

Bought Speedbox for my Trek Rail 5. The bike had already sparked excitement in me without your product. Your product is a game changer. I haven't been this excited about a bike since I was a kid. Amazing, amazing product. At a great price too. Cant wait for my brother to get one.

With my dyslexia I inadvertently ordered the incorrect item. Obtained return address and the swapped it for the correct item. With the minimum of faff.
