I ordered bib pants, jacket , gloves and goggles fairly short notice for a last minute trip. The clothes were fabulous, all new or nearly new (the gloves even had the labels on still). Everything arrived about 3 days earlier than my booking was due to start so I had time to try it on. Returns were easy.

Docked a star because I was contacted after ordering and told the original pants, gloves and goggles I had chosen were not in stock and I was offered an ‘upgrade’ of different items to compensate but the items that were selected for my upgrade were slightly less expensive than the ones I had originally chosen and paid for. I would still order again though and think it’s a great service.

We recently hired some ski equipment for my sons skiing trip. From meeting with them at school to ordering and then having it delivered and us returning it to school. Ecoski were very helpful in sizing, what equipment was needed, making it a very hassle free service.

We were very impressed by the quality of the clothing and equipment provided.
Despite our daughter informing us that her ski trousers were too tight the penultimate day before departure! the company bent over backwards to ensure that she had everything fitting comfortably for the trip. Thank you - great service

I hired ski wear for my daughter for her Exeter University ski trip. She felt it was essential for her to have high quality and current technology clothing. The added complication was that I live in Brighton and she was in Exeter making it difficult to get accurate sizing. Ecoski were fantastic help, not only giving us personal advice on fit but also sending multiple items of different styles to try on in advance. My daughter was very happy with her outfit on the slopes. The quality of all the clothing was outstanding and it was a fraction of the cost of purchasing new clothes. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Ecoski again and to recommend to others.

EcoSki is exactly what I was looking for to solve the problem of finding ski kit for fast growing children. The idea of buying something that will be worn at best for two weeks is madness. EcoSki have a lovely range of great quality, stylish ski wear for all sizes, and it couldn’t have been easier to order, receive via DPD and then send back without even needing to wash at the end of the holiday. Will definitely use again. Hooray! X

Having an 8 year old daughter who is growing faster than her clothes can keep up with, being able to rent top quality ski gear that is good for the environment too, is absolutely amazing. Eco ski were great - they sent me some top quality ski gear in good time ahead of my holiday. When the gloves that arrived were slightly too small a replacement larger pair were sent the next day - no problem at all.

Fantastic service from Ecoski, I would highly recommend using this service instead of buying new kit. I hired jacket and pants and they arrived well packaged before my trip, fit perfectly and most importantly looked very cool! Top quality and clean. I loved them so much I didn't want to send them back! Again, an easy process to return. Look forward to seeing what they have next season and using them again!

Amazingly helpful via SMS - pinged them at 8pm and had me sorted including incredibly patient help with sizing my hands (for ski gloves) and absolutely lovely in every message. Kit was perfect for the job as it’s rare I get the chance to go skiing

I hired CARV the digital ski coach from EcoSki. Despite ordering last minute everything turned up in plenty of time for my trip. EcoSki then checked in with me regularly to provide the access code and make sure the equipment was working fine. A faultless customer service experience. The CARV digital ski coach is an amazing product that I would highly recommend. From beginners to advanced skiers, it will definitely help to improve your technique. It's expensive though, so being able to hire it for a week from EcoSki to try out was fantastic. I think EcoSki are the only company offering this service. 100% will rent this product again.

Amazing service. Super friendly, helpful and the equipment was in fantastic condition. Returning the kit at the end of hire was simple and exchanges for wrong sizes was too! A really great company and the benefits of not having to buy all of our gear is superb + brilliant for the environment! Would 100% use again and highly recommend

EcoSki provided an excellent service with hired clothing in perfect condition. They were very helpful when working oou the best fit. They sent 2 sizes and with free returns labels. Queries via email were answered very promptly and they were also happy to talk.
I thought there service was a fair price and saved buying ski gear that I may not ever need again. The ethos of the company, to save clothing from landfill, is very positive and customer service is brilliant.
I would definitely use EcoSki again and highly recommend their service.
