I’ve recently transferred to Exotalk from a provider I’ve been with for years. The experience has been seamless, Ecotalk have been so helpful even when my first PAC code from ex provider didn’t work.
I look forward to being with them for a long time

If you have a compatible phone and broadband connection, enabling Wi-Fi Calling may be worth trying as it can help when mobile signal is limited indoors.

Ecotalk …..Using profits to restore nature
I came to the end of my last contract and decided to move across to Ecotalk…from the time of ordering the SIM card, and sending my information across, including the PAC number to move my old number across with me, the process was easy to follow.
After receiving the sim, I registered and added details including the temp number, this was on a Saturday, I gave it until the following Tuesday, could see nothing had been ported, using my old SIM card.
I emailed Ecotalk and had an email response back, which was very descriptive …. I had missed one of the digits off my old number, therefore it could not be ported across, so this held the process up. The advisor had done this manually for me. The customer service for this was exceptional.
By 6pm the same day, my number had been ported across, so I changed to my Ecotalk sim, and this journey has begun….that was a week ago ..no complaints from me whatsoever!
I love the idea that the profits are being used to restore nature, so much better than paying enormous amounts to corporate companies!

Easy to switch, the best value for money, Eco talk is a straight forward provider - not pushing gimmicky nonsense that I don't need, just helping the environment/ wildlife while I continue to use my smart phone as normal.

Great customer support easy to use
I switched to Ecotalk about a year ago and now my kids & dad have too. They are always really helpful on the phone. They have a data free tariff for my youngest child & dad, which most networks don’t have. And every time I use my phone I feel proud to be supporting nature not making the billionaires richer.

new customer switching over
I am a new customer who is just transferring over my mobile service to Ecotalk. Not being very techy about phones and SIM cards I had several struggles with swapping the sim, opening the slot and understanding the switching process. Several phone calls to the Ecotalk switchboard and each time the people I spoke with were kind and well informed about what was happening. You don’t have to wait long on the phone.
This switch for me is part of the changes we all have to make as we go forward in our lives now that climate change realities are starting to come home to us. It feels good to have done this one smallish thing by switching to Ecotalk.

I switched to them due to their support for wildlife and momentarily moved away lured by a shiny new phone. Huge mistake ànd ended up dealing with one of the larger impersonal corporations with appallingly awful customer service. Ecotalk took so much
