Excellent trouble free transfer of number, decent prices for sim only. Full EE coverage but with profits going to some great work instead of shareholders pockets. Highly recommended.
The few times I've had to contact Ecotalk they've got back quickly, personably and helpfully, resolving whatever the issue was. No chatbots, or AI but real humans.

So easy to swap.. really easy straightforward package to choose, very clear instructions to keep my number and all done in a day… the signal is much better than my last provider too.
I’m loving the eco updates about the various projects across the country. I have told everyone to swap. I actually like paying this bill because I know its helping nature and wildlife.. Thankyou, its a great service x

Really easy to switch to Ecotalk and I've been very happy with the service - always getting adequate coverage with signals through EE and no hassle to speak of. Best bit is knowing the company aim to help British wildlife and hopefully my contribution helps with this too.

new customer switching over
I am a new customer who is just transferring over my mobile service to Ecotalk. Not being very techy about phones and SIM cards I had several struggles with swapping the sim, opening the slot and understanding the switching process. Several phone calls to the Ecotalk switchboard and each time the people I spoke with were kind and well informed about what was happening. You don’t have to wait long on the phone.
This switch for me is part of the changes we all have to make as we go forward in our lives now that climate change realities are starting to come home to us. It feels good to have done this one smallish thing by switching to Ecotalk.

Here's why they're the best provider: Great cause, no spam marketing EVER, UK call centre to help.
Here's what you don't really get: easy top up, charge free roaming abroad (I actually just buy an e-sim). And you know what? I don't care. I've had many more extras with O2, Three and others and I'd never go back. Ecotalk are great!

Excellent and seamless
I switched from O2 and my service is indistinguishable and a few quid cheaper each month. I've had no problems at all and I'm happy the profits now go to revive nature, not to a rich man's yacht.

Really annoyed.
I like them and what they set out to do, but I asked for a NEW number a couple of months ago, and since I've had it, I've been called up to five times a day by scam immigration calls. That is not a NEW number, it is some dodgy recycled old one, and now I've got to change my number AGAIN.

Ecotalk are a fantastic company, they provide great network service, they're super cheap, have easily flexible usage plans, amazing customer service, no pushy sales plans or restrictive subscriptions and best of all they invest in eco projects - I highly recommend!

Ecotalk data top up
Ecotalk needs to invest in giving their customers the ability to top up their data online 24/7.
At the moment if you run out of data you have to ring or email them during office hours (Monday to Friday 8:30pm to 5:00pm)
Until they do I can’t recommend them unless you are happy with last century facilities.

I’m sorry that your experience with Ecotalk was frustrating, particularly when you needed additional data while travelling. We understand that having to contact us during office hours to purchase an add-on is not ideal, which is why we’re currently in the final stages of developing an app that will allow customers to manage their data and purchase add-ons 24/7. In the meantime, customers can monitor their usage through their Ecotalk account and receive notifications when they reach approximately 75–80% of their allowance and when it has been fully used. We appreciate your feedback and thank you again for being an Ecotalk customer, and we wish you all the best with your new provider.

Super professional and friendly service
I switched to Ecotalk earlier this year. Whilst it hasn't been issue free I rate organisations on how they respond when there are issues not when everything is hunky dory.
On every occasion I have needed to contact them I have been treated to friendly, helpful, courteous and professional personnel. I have also actually managed to speak to a human being rather than some chatbot which is really refreshing.

I recently switched to EcoTalk from O2 and I have been thoroughly impressed with all aspects of their service.
Network coverage is very good, it feels great that my money is going towards making a positive change rather than making rich people richer, and their customer service team are excellent.
Having come from O2 (who have a strong reputation for customer service), I wasn't sure what kind of experience I would have, but the team are knowledgeable, patient, understanding. They are, without doubt, the main reason I am giving EcoTalk 5stars and recommending them to my friends and family.

Easily the best SIM I have ever had and would 100% recommend going with them.
My only gripe is that they don't provide home broadband as I really really want them to start providing that as a new service so that I can swap everything over to them.
Please use them for your mobile phone and then please ask them to start providing home broadband too :)

Efficient Wait Time & Excellent Service
I greatly appreciated that I wasn’t on hold too long. It shows to me that the Ecotalk team care about assisting their customers and appreciate their time. The customer service expert that I spoke with, Ella was extremely helpful. She gave me all the details that I needed in a calm and kind manner.
