Excellent! Hassle free! Better than EE! Switched from ee to eco talk who use the same lines but charge less and their profits go towards rewilding britain and i have not had a single problem with them, a breath a fresh air after all the problems i had with ee.

I love the commitment to nature and…
I love the commitment to nature and sustainability. The switch was so easy, took a couple of days to port my number across, coverage is better where I live and logging in to the website to see my account details is much simpler than it ever was with my old provider. I had some questions before making the switch and they were answered by a lovely human within a couple of hours. Really happy that I made the switch.

They are the best network
They are the best network I've ever been on. The most approachable too. Human customer service (rare these days) at first attempt!! They are a really friendly team. A breath of fresh air in these days of technological drudge and despair.

Human to Human
The communication style felt uncomplicated and also natural by which I mean the letter with the SIM card was easy to understand and was empowering.

A slight technical issue when setting…
A slight technical issue when setting up my SIM, but that was sorted out quickly by the customer service. Everything has been great so far, very happy with my package. I like the fact you are not tied into a contract, and profits go into re-wilding projects.

Easy transfer, fixed price, ethical committment.
Contacted Ecotalk Monday morning. Call answered very quickly. Questions answered clearly. Completed a simple online form, SIM arrived the next day and number transferred by lunchtime Wednesday. A fixed £12 for 10GB, triple data for the first 3 months, all profits to environmental projects. Positive decision made easy by excellent customer service.

So far so very good. A very smooth transfer (as it should be) and a very friendly helpful support call when I had a question. And of course all profits to support nature! The EE network a tad less strong at home than previous (1 bar 5G in the house) but that is OK.

I decided to switch to this provider as I liked the ethos and sustainability of the company which i believe is run by Dale Vince with the involvement of Chris Packham- who I have the greatest respect for.
I ordered a sim online which arrived the next day and had my new number transferred within another day so a really good customer service so far.
I am also getting a much better signal with this new network (EE) in the area where I live. If I had to be picky the only drawback is the lack of choice of different data packages compared to my previous old provider (Giffgaffe)

The Customer Service was fantastic
The Customer Service was fantastic! Better than anything I've experienced anywhere! Due to a few techie problems (mainly of my own making/misunderstanding) I spoke to three different people at Ecotalk. Each one of them was fantastic, so helpful, going above and beyond what I expected.
The phone works great, I'm helping the environment, and I've saved money. Delighted!

I was with Ecotalk when they first started, been a customer of Ecotricity for years, but back then I wasn’t convinced.
Great to be back with a company whose values I share, fingers crossed that the coverage is good.

Paying the monthly mobile bill becomes a pleasure!
I switched over to Ecotalk about a year ago and have never regretted it. A really easy switch and kept my old number. The coverage is excellent, far better signal in more places than my previous provider - but best of all …. when I see the monthly direct debit going out, it gives me pleasure!! I so look forward to each update on the work being done and the wildlife that’s benefitting and knowing I’m contributing in some way to that - priceless! (But it is actually great value too!!)
