Filip made the process of buying and selling as stress free as possible - he kept us updated, responded to queries quickly and was just so incredibly lovely. From instruction to completion (which is tomorrow) took around 10 weeks, but this could have been quicker if our buyers conveyancer were as on the ball as Filip has been. The online portal makes it so easy to keep a track of what is happening. Regular updates, a list of tasks to tick off, emails every time something happens that we should know about. Ours was a simple house sale but we were travelling at the time. No office visits required, no printing off or downloading. Excellent all round.

It was a highly efficent process, all done on the company's portal. They have a very professional and responsive team of solicitors who manage the entire process and store all documents online for ease of reference.

Highly recommend Eden conveyancing. I knew exactly what was going on all the way through the process of selling my house with weekly updates on tasks that I needed to do and tasks the buyer was responsible for. It made was great to be able to message the solicitor and get a message back pretty quickly.

Highly recommended. For reference time from offer to completion was about 5-6 weeks. Very fast albeit no chain. However Natalie was excellent. She sped things through, chased the other solicitors, insanely fast to respond (within minutes). As a FTB I couldn't be more happy with the process. Everything clearly itemised and a very useful progress checklist to show what was outstanding. All files in folders available for download and review.

Even though Eden are a little more expensive than other competitors would highly recommend them for their modern approach to conveyancing, the customer service, the excellent experience I had with Natalie. And the overall ease of use when buying a home can be very daunting it is worth choosing a company you know you can trust to deal with the leg work.

As someone who was sceptical about using an online conveyancer, I can 100% say I needn’t have been worried-the whole experience has been brilliant, with an easy platform to use, easy to see where you are in the process, we were selling, and could see what had been done, and what was needed.
But, the creme de la crème was Beti-Wyn Evans, our conveyancing solicitor, she is simply brilliant, professional, but human in her dealings with you, explaining everything in plain English, as opposed to legal speak.

From the start, Eden was helpful and not pushy. I like that you can see everything online, with weekly update progress, and a messaging system to keep in contact with your solicitor. Andrew Mazur-Wain was great to work with and helpful in guiding me as a first time home-buyer.
