A truly excellent service
From start to finish Eden have been a real breath of fresh air. Clear communication throughout, efficient, on the ball every single step of the way. My dedicated conveyancer Beti-Wyn made the whole process so simple and is a credit to this business, I will be recommending their service to anyone thinking of moving home. Even for a dinosaur like me, the online portal and online communication is very simple to use and suited me much better than going back and forth with phone calls.

Cannot recommend Eden highly enough. Showaib was brilliant. He was innovative, responsive, professional and really listened to us. Compared to the other solicitors in our chain he managed the work more quickly and thoroughly, meaning we were always ready for the next step. You can tell Eden are innovative with the archaic conveyancing process too, the result is a professional, thorough process with no delays. They even have details like annual leave cover down so it’s seamless throughout. We lost our first buyer due to factors outside of anyone’s control and Showaib was amazingly supportive with us transferring to a new buyer, ensuring a smooth transition with no delays on the conveyancing front. Eden also lived up to their ‘no hidden fees’ promise - it cost us no extra which meant a lot. Brilliant service with talented, hardworking, innovative people.

Easily the best conveyancing experience
Easily the best conveyancing experience we've ever had. Thank you so much for making the process as smooth as possible, even with the deadline for exchange being as tight as it was! Beti-Wyn should be commended for her hard work and how diligently she worked to get our sale and purchase completed. We would not hesitate to use Eden Conveyancing again in future, and would love to work with Beti-Wyn if it was possible when the time comes.
The only feedback I would give would be to do with the messaging portal, where messages would get lost occasionally, especially if they were automated updates for both a sale and purchase case, which happened a couple of times, but crucially on the exchange day approval messages, of which I missed the second message for over an hour, presumably as the notifications got sent simultaneously. This is not the fault of the solicitor as far as I can tell, but with software itself.
A simple fix for this that I would recommend is to put the case reference in the email title, so that cases don't get lumped together accidentally when receiving the emails for both cases.

Outstanding Service!!
The services Eden have provided has been outstanding. It was so easy to go through the process through their MyEden task portal where I could monitor how my case was progressing. I really liked how the portal clearly showed me what tasks I needed to do. This allowed me to obtain the documents in advance and help my case to run smoothly.
The services my solicitor Andrew provided was exemplary. Andrew was very professional and explained everything in a way I could understand. I always felt that my case was good hands with how he conducted himself, his quick responses and overall professionalism. I could not have had a better solicitor and could not have picked a better solicitor firm in Eden.
I’m a first-time buyer and I can confidently say if I ever need to use a property conveyancing company, I will be using Eden again.

I highly recommend the service I had with Eden Conveyancing Limited. Although the sale of my property took a long six months due to a Deed of Variation issues, my solicitor, Kate Mercer was excellent helping to explain with matters I didn’t understand and keeping me updated with the sale process by phone or through their online portal that I have not experienced with other companies.

Eden made selling my house incredibly straightforward. Their online portal was excellent allowing me to sign digitally and removing any delays for postal services or requirements to be in a particular place. Showaib quickly responded to any questions I had and kept the process moving. Managed to sell our house in 11 weeks once we’d accepted an offer. An all round positive experience.

Upfront, easy to deal with, effective when needed
I had long dealings with Eden. With both purchases and sales cancelled due to unforeseen personal circumstances.
When the time came to finally sell my property and the buyers solicitor threw a curve ball , Eden (Katie Hull) was there for me and managed to steer things back on track in order to complete satisfactorily

This is a good company and I would…
This is a good company and I would recommend it. I would use it again as it offered a good service at a good price. There were issues but I hear that there are always issues and human errors when dealing with solicitors and selling a house.
The website is easy to follow with a few trip ups as some of the links were not highlighted in a way that I was familiar with so I was trying to figure out how to access the page I needed. Also, much clearer instructions about how to sign a digital witness form would have been helpful for stressed out dummies. (older humans.)
Whilst our solicitor was a good person to deal with, always friendly and helpful, there was a mis-communication about tallying our sale with my partners purchase that had a stressful impact on our proceedings. I was also definitely less than pleased when just at the very last stage on exchange of contracts to find my payment showing half the full amount expected. Selling a house and splitting is extremely stressful and the last thing I needed was an error showing that I would receive half the required amount due to me, just when I thought the whole process was sorted and I could relax. Needless to say this was swiftly put right and the solicitor was apologetic, but it was a final blow to my stress levels that did not sit well.

Excellent Communications and Effort
Eden conveyancing and particularly Beti-Wyn were fantastic from the beginning to the end of our conveyancing process. There were a fair few hurdles and some much needed chasing and then rechasing. Beti-Wyn was tireless in her efforts to get sticky issues resolved.
Communication from Eden conveyancing is excellent also, it's all done in a web app. You can see exactly what the next steps are so you can prepare ahead as well.
Having dealt with traditional conveyancing solicitors in the past I found this a night and day experience, we were kept well informed of all changes and upcoming work and didn't feel in the dark.

Excellent service!
The sale of our property was not smooth and took a long six months to complete. However, this was of absolutely no fault of Eden who were amazing. The communication from Nicola and her team was excellent, we often received messages late at night and in the early hours of the morning. We wondered if Nicola ever slept! Would definitely recommend!
