I spoke to Christine today as I locked myself out of my online merchant portal. She was helpful, efficient, knowledgeable and personable! A pleasure to speak with and refreshing to get someone with her personality as this attribute can be rare in the customer service industry these days!

Two separate Merchants made fraudulent charges against me, and at least one of the charges was for site "elavon.com". Merchants name in a billing charge was "TIM*" (and bunch of numbers).
Moreover my bank informed me that it's mass situation and many cards were affected!

It was nice speaking to a person and having the individual know exactly what needed to happen and could complete the task with me while on the phone

The fees are completely outrageous. As a small business owner you took over $900 in fees in 1 month from my checking account and I didn’t even pay myself that much in the month. My business didn’t even have that much profit for the month and you gouge the crap out of small businesses. I would never recommend you crooks to any business large or small. I was lied to by the sales rep on what the fees were at sign up. Hands down the worst merchant services anyone could ever choose!

Valerie was so patient and kind in guiding me in regards with the credit card machine

I had an almost 2 hour call with the most patient person. She knew exactly what to do and got me back up and running. Very good experience!

Great job! She helped me with sending an old (paid)invoice to a one of my customers requesting it and helped with ensuring I get email confirmation when my customers pay their invoices.

Wonderful customer service provided a solution within two minutes and knew exactly what the issue was before. I even finish my sentence. Excellent customer service!!

5 stars to the rep for patience, understanding
the process itself is arduous and needs a human installer to come out and help

Avoid US Bank, Elavon, and Talech at all costs. They drained $891 from my account for a broken POS system and then ignored my refund requests. Small businesses deserve partners, not predators.

Lösenord och verifieringskod. Har bett om vanlig faktura, som från andra företag men det är tydligen väldigt hemligt. Har fortfarande inte lyckats få fram någon faktura till bokföringen men jobbar på det.

Agent was super efficient and I felt like we resolved the issue as quickly as possible. Happy to have had them
