The small things matter to me.
Everything is always addressed to my husband even when I put my name to the letter etc, but this time this lady addressed it to me, which I was very thankful for as it acknowledged me, small things do matter.

no stars should be an option tell me how i can be billed for electric only from 19th August thru 20 th September $171.00 when i was out of the country from Aug 26th until 2nd September. I had turned my power off from those dates so for 7 days you have charged me $171.00. This isn't the first time you have screwed 31 Dec 2023 to Jan 30, 2024, i had no power period due to a flood and yet i got charged $220.00 so i will be taking this to the consumer protection people and if that don't work small claims you are lying thieving SOB,S

Our billing is based on actual readings from your smart meter, so for a first step, it might be worth double-checking that the ICP number registered with us matches your property's meter. Sometimes, unexpected charges can occur if appliances like refrigerators or hot water cylinders need extra power to stabilise after being turned off, as they work to regulate temperatures and reheat water.

Great pricing and communication
Great pricing, great app, easy to live chat on app when I canceled with our sold rental. When my current contract with another provider on our existing property runs out, I would go back with electric kiwi if their pricing are still good.

I had a serious issue with my new phone…
I had a serious issue with my new phone S25 Ulta, not accepting and making phone calls, the customer support person was excellent, went above what I was expecting to try and get this problem sorted, stayed online as I worked through recommended guidelines for my phone. They gave me clear and consise instructions that were easy to follow.
We both came to the conclusion that my new phone was the problem not my provider.
I really appreciated the time, respect and professional manner of this customer service support person.

Best power company
Was out of power for 3 days due to can't keep up w my previous power company, joined EL & got power back on in less than 20 min. Everything is super easy on the app 10/10

Should have zero stars
Should have zero stars. Tried to switch power and broadband. Ten days later they had disconnected me from current providers, not sent a modem after promising me 5 times it had been sent. Refused to give me a phone number to talk to just chat bot with im sure were AI. Worst customer experience ive ever had. Be very wary.
