Be careful with this crowd
Be careful with this crowd, they list items on the website they haven't got or can't get. They seemingly can't run a website subsequently you have to contact them to double check they have the item. If you don't comply or miss this extra step they then abuse you by email, threaten to hold on to your money and whinge about PayPal charges. Whoever looks after their customer support maybe a child judging by the attitude and spelling so don't expect much sense from them.
**UPDATE** You can see below the pathetic response, judge for yourself if you want to do business with this lot.

You opened the case at PayPal 1 days after purchase which I had a time until 15.05 for answer but I did this earlier for you to have it sorted out. If you didn't open the case you whould have your money back earlier but you are just typical individual...
You cannot even read with understanding.
We sell 1400 products for your convenience and sometimes it's hard to get stock management so we have notification to contact us before each purchase as we have unrefundable transactions fees for any purchase customer does. You placed order for 4 years old battery which is not produced any more. Somehow we had this showing in stock. You were aware of it and sent me a screenshot of this but instead of being polite you went mad as you cannot read terms and conditions and understand simple worlds.
Just do not buy online anymore If you're not educated to read with understanding :)
Update: you can see how determined is he to do the harm. First opened the case in PayPal few hours after purchase and now thinks customer is always right so he can do additional harm.
You are not right because customer is always right as we see not always and you are typical example.
Have a good day and thank you for your 1 star all the people will see it now just as you wanted and no one whould but from me just as you wanted ;)

Good, and....
Hello, I've just ordered a Cysum bike, model x-city. It works well, it's very comfortable and the price is reasonable. I have nothing to say about customer service, they answer my questions promptly and politely. Now, I didn't put 5 stars because I received the bike very late. Ordered on 11/03, was due to arrive 7 working days later, but finally received on 03/04. The assembly is not too complicated, the youtube video helps a lot, however I took another video from someone to assemble a part, not present on their video because not the same model.
I still recommand 😁
