I purchased a radiator from this company specifically because they had free next day delivery, I needed the radiator on this Friday as I had the installer booked for the weekend. I almost placed the order and paid for next day delivery with a different company, but then decided to go with Electric Radiators Direct.

The next day I received an email saying that it wouldn't be delivered for 6-8 weeks.

This has completely messed up my plans and has cost me money on delaying things and having to have an installer come multiple times.

They were apologetic on the phone and perfectly nice, but you clearly cannot trust their website stock or lead times. I now also have to wait 14 days for a refund.

Edit after reply: I totally understand it takes time for refunds, but none of this frustration would be needed if the website was not lying.

The item has now been updated with a small print saying 6-8 weeks I would not say this is clear as its literally hidden also (though this was not the case when I purchased it) however even though it says this now, the website still says "In stock" and when purchasing it you are given the option to choose a delivery date including the next day, which is clearly just a fault on the site, but its incorrect information which has messed up my weekend plans.

I was even told on the phone that they only found out about the delivery window yesterday evening, so theres no chance it clearly stated that delivery window on the website, unless that was also a lie on the phone.

I ordered an Ecostrad electric radiator over the telephone because I wanted to ask a couple of questions before ordering.
Millie from their Sales Dept. ably answered by questions and processed my order. Although I could have had the radiator delivered the next day, I preferred delivery 24hrs later.
Ordering was quick and delivery of the radiator was made as requested and without issue.
The whole process was smooth and efficient and made easy with friendly, helpful staff.

Bought an Ecostrad iQ Ceramic WiFi Controlled Electric Radiator a couple of years ago with a 10 year warranty. Have had my radiator less than 3 years and the display unit has popped off with what appears to be thermal expansion. Contacted the company and was asked for the serial number details… checked all over the radiator- nothing. Send photos confirming no serial number was where they said it would be, they acknowledged this and now won’t help because THEY sold it without serial number data on it. Customer service were the most unhelpful and rude I have experienced

Really good heaters will be warm this winter great design really easy to use. Had to claim back £60 delivery cost as I asked for a Saturday delivery but was delivered during the week

We ordered several Ecostrad radiators which work well in our Airbnb. We particularly like the WiFi functionality that allows us to turn them on/off or adjust them remotely. One of them developed a fault so I contacted ERD who were super helpful. 24 hours after my call a replacement had been delivered to us. Now thats impressive

I bought electric radiators from this Company a few years ago.
Their customer service dept is amazing. They will help technically on the phone how to set up remotely as well.
One of the elements was faulty unfortunately but they were helpful in replacing it.
Few months ago I bought another radiator, which was fitted but after few months it started leaking. However again customer services were helpful, sent out a new radiator as replacement. We had to use the original element, so my electrician sorted that. The company then arranged for a courier to collect the faulty leaking radiator and helped with small refund for the electrician to dismantle and fit the original element into the new radiator.
