The customer service with Elextensions.com is amazing. We were having issues aligning our shipping and packaging and they were so patient and kind in walking us through troubleshooting and directing us towards how to remedy the problem. I love that this company takes time to talk to you and solve the problem.

I recently had a great experience when working with a plugin by Elex.

Arguably the MOST critical part of an ecommerce website is the delivery address. After three years of having ~1% of my orders get returned to center due to an incorrect or undeliverable address from the customer I finally found this plugin by Elex. Installation was ridiculously easy, with the most difficult part being figuring out how to get the proper Google API key (Elex does a good job documenting, it’s just a funky UI from Google). If that wasn’t good enough, I immediately had a question about customizing the plugin (the second street address would be automatically populated with a neighborhood value if available from Google, and I wanted it to stay blank). I sent Elex support an email, and to my shock they had a modified .zip in my inbox ~6 hours later that works exactly as I’d described to them. All in all, excellent solution for an extremely important problem for any ecommerce site. Wish I’d found this 3 years ago!
