The support I have received from ELEXtensions has been very unusual and surprising in a good way. I wasn't able to set up the plugin properly and was invited to join a call with Sidhartha who has been most helpful explaining how the plugin works. I must said I am very impressed and happy with the support. I am excited to be able to show my client the catalog site, working the way he wanted it to. Thank you so much.

Efficient plugin we're using to get the Canada Post rates on a WooCommerce store. We also received great support when we got some issues! Highly recommended!

Bronia has been very helpful in guiding us to configure this plugin. We had a few teething issues, but a call was suggested, and the issues have been resolved. The customer service provided has been very good.

I had ordered a plugin with another company and it didn't work and the support was so bad. Found ELEXtensions as I had to find a solution to my bulk variation editing issue (Had so many new variations to add to many many products). The support is fast (getting same day answers) and the plugin works out the wrapper. I did have a few quesions as I wasn't sure on a few settings but Akash provides video walk throughs that are very helpful. Most recommended.

I asked for their support many times during the project to achieve certain things, and they didn't hesitate even once and their support was prompt always.

The extension stopped working when I was out of the return period (30 days.)

It started out working but then, 3 days before my site went live, the extension lost its mind completely.

USPS Media Mail stopped showing in the cart altogether. The prices for other mail services were nearly doubled in the cart.

Customer service sent me a fix; a zip file on Google Drive, which I installed. Nothing changed.

I had to race to find and set up another shipping company. Easyship to the rescue!

ELEX refused to give me a refund.

I now have an extension that won’t work as promised and that I can’t use.

I wasted my money trusting this company.

Don’t do the same thing!

I purchased the Easy Post Pickup Request Addon and needed an extra feature for my business. They said that my feature request was feasible and they would be able to implement it within 2-3 days. The dev team implemented my request within 2 days! Amazing support team. I’ve been very happy with their Easypost plugins/addons.

Super frustrated. We have tried to get the plugin to work since September last year and have spent 60+ hours in phone calls with Australia Post, trudging through documentation and in support calls. For some reason we can only get pricing via the API when the minimum dimensions of the product are 15sm*15cm*15cm. The timing of support for Eastern Australia is not ideal and you often have to wait days in order to get a time slot that is not 1am. On one occasion we burned hours of troubleshooting to only find the servers were down at the Elex end. I am encouraged by these other reviews but if we can't get this sorted we will have to dismantle and try something else. My advice is to shop around and test multiple plugins first especially if you are trying to connect to Australia Post.

06/03/24 - update
Met with the team again and this time they walked through the configuration via a screen share and were able to advise that in order to get a postage price through the API for items smaller than 15*15*15cm we needed to have flat rates enabled. The team also wrote some code, added that to the plug in and sent me a zip to reinstall the plug in and guess what?? After 6 months we finally have it working!!! Thank you team Elex.
