Bronia was excellent! Most plugin maintainers tend to highroad us and act confident or arrogant, but Bronia was cool, calm, and collected and never made me feel dumb. He was accommodating and always worked to meet my needs, no matter their specific or niche.

Hands down this is the best support I ever got from any of the other website's team! They are so fast to response and even created a staging environment just to find and fix up the issue on my site.

The support is quick to respond and effective in their solutions. I ran into some issues and having a great support really changes it all : problem solved and a developer who is happy :)

The plugin I use, ELEX WooCommerce Role Based Pricing, works perfectly on my site and does exactly what it is supposed to do, even in its free version.
