This company has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I haven't received response from the company at all, I didn't even get speaking with anyone. There is no contact number for the company, fill out the contact Us section no response, Facebook profile also no response. I purchased on the 3rd of January. Have not received my products. Shipping said that it was with courier, then its scheduled for delivery then misdirected multiple times until there was no longer any updates for 7 days. I contacted Whistl who are the company who sorts the package and he said it's with a courier who they don't use, he was even confused himself he said that he doesn't know where it is. I honestly don't have a clue where my package is! I just want my money back at this stage. Boycott this company, I would never deal with them again!

Ordered 2 little bronzers from elf, and still waiting even though they charged me 4.99 for p&p. They haven't even emailed me to say it's been shipped. If they don't let me know anytime soon I will be dending a refund.Not happy,should have read the reveiws first and I would not have ordered. Awful company, they don't even answer emails. Do not order from this ELF,.

I didn’t even want to give it a 1 star it’s not even worthy of any stars… i ordered stuff over a week ago and spent a lot just so i got free shipping as i am based in the UK, the status is still sitting at the warehouse, keep getting random emails from some winner up site saying i need to pay a shipping fee! i’m still waiting for the parcel to come, wouldn’t even try and contact them as they never respond to emails, all you get is sorry we’ve elf’d up! don’t even answer your query! they have already taken the money from my account which i think is silly because i’ve paid for something i haven’t even got! no-where in the UK sells the stuff i have ordered so thought ordering through them would be best.. you put your order/tracking number in the track my parcel which is on the site and all you get is we have no information go back and try again… i should of read the reviews before ordering

I ordered on the 12th of December. It's now the 20th and only now is my order status at dispatched but awaiting picking up package by the courier. I ordered from 3 different cosmetics company's 5 days after and received my items 2 days later. Nobody responds to emails, so don't bother until you're ready to give up and get a refund. It's disappointing at how slow this is. I could have got this from a different supplier and I would have been using it a week ago

No dispatch email, no delivery, no reply to the various emails I have sent. Nothing. Quick to take the money from me though.

This company doesn't deliver products on time and most importantly, they do not respond to any emails/messages. Took almost a month to receive products that were of no use at that time.

Seriously? There is no return for orders! If you make an order and change your mind, there is no way to return the item(s) — horrible customer service.

Tried to order 3 times, 3 times the package tracking ceases to update, and it always stops with «awaiting dispatch». One can only guess what happens to them??
Company offers refunds as they are not able to ship replacements. Customer service is unhelpful and very very slow..when you ask for information on tracking they provide new tracking numbers. How can a package that is already (supposedly) shipped change its tracking number??This cannot be a serious company. Buyer beware.

I placed an order that I paid for but have not received an order confirmation or anything, I really hope to get a refund or confirmation so that I can still get my order. Find this very odd especially for a company like elfcosmetics.

This website has to be the biggest hassle I have ever dealt with when ordering cosmetics online. I was sent to multiple different pages telling me random information. I changed the currency about 7 times the website was not catching on. I kept being warned that products in my cart were not available in my country yet no one would mention which one. After one hour of trying to order 3 simple products on the elf cosmetics website, I've been absolutely drained. Quite frankly I am done I do not recommend it. Get your products at the pharmacy.

Ordered 10 days ago and still despite being charged they haven’t even shipped the order yet. I wish I read the reviews here before ordering :/

Daughter bought item dec 31st, no dispatch as of yet and now they have taken second payment from her bank, will be doing a charge bk via debit card as looking at these reviews looks like a regular occurrence , shame on you!!

I ordered £28.10 worth of makeup on the 30th of December and they charged me twice! Once in December and once in January 5th! You charged me twice Elf. I also tried reaching out via customer service, no response. I tried DMS, emailing, tweeting, EVERYTHING! It says you charged me for £28.10 twice and it’s pending. So does this mean you are going to take the money twice? This is very upsetting as I am not getting an answer and my money is being taken from me when I didn’t buy this again. I have seen the Instagram comment section and many other people are having the same problem and you aren’t responding to their DMs. I will never shop at elf again and I am telling all my family members that I recommend elf to about this.

My God I wish I’d checked here first!!! Just figured a well known name so never thought to as I would with a company I’d never heard of. 10 days and counting and nothing shipped so far. Same robo message whenever I inquire. Just ridiculous and I feel a total fool. Ironically I placed an order early this afternoon for some makeup on Walgreens.com NOT E.L.F) and guess what??? Yep… already shipped! I’m my experience and those of many I wish I’d read before here, I would highly recommend not wasting your time or money.

Update- after posting this review I see today that the order has shipped. Hallelujah-thought I’d kissed $30+ goodbye. We will see if it actually arrives and how long it takes

1/10/2023 - Make up order arrived in full. I used this morning and can't say I'm overly impressed with the Halo Glow Liquid which was what I was most looking forward to.

They do not answer the phone and resolve nothing through email. Hire people that will ACTUALLY do their job and do it right if you want to be successful.

If I could give this a minus 5 I would. Ordered items for Christmas on black Friday weekend and still awaiting delivery. Will go out now and buy different products and if delivery shows up I shall be returning it. DO NOT BUY ONLINE from this company.

Made an order on the BF sale on 25.11.2022 and still waiting for my order. I ordered to DK... when I was ordering the estimated delivery showed that the order would come on 12.12. the latest, so I thought everything should go smoothly because on 16.12 I am going home for holidays and will not be back for a very long time. The order was shipped within a day but is stuck on "shipped" and nothing changes. Contacted the support team, but have received no help, just useless apologies. Don't know how I will get my order now...:(

I ORDERED SOMETING 10 DAYS AGO AND IT STILL HAS NOT BEEN SHIPPED. YOU GUYS SHOULD GIVE A SHIPPING ESTIMATE WHEN ORDERING IF YOU KNOW THERE IS A DELAY. LIKE WHAT THE HELL?? I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW. NOT EVEN INTERESTED ANYMORE.
