I love the products, the customer service is next level awful! A package I had ordered was never delivered. I reached out to customer service, they asked me to confirm my shipping address and said they would send me a "one time replacement order" They followed up their OWN email immediately with "for help with this order reach out to our international customer service" The company as well as myself are both in the United States, but ok. (??) I reached out to the email provided, confirmed my address AGAIN, sent screen shots of the shipping/tracking of the lost package. They followed up their own email with "please reach out to customer service" I was directed BACK to original team. I, once again (3rd time) confirmed my address - was sent an email confirmation my item is on the way --only it was my name, phone number but a completely wrong address! Wrong in every way.

Someone in Iowa now has my full name and my cell phone number from the packaging. After this disaster -- I never received any products. I finally got a refund through opening a paypal trouble ticket.

I have been ordering from this company monthly for about 3 years straight. Only one other time I had a problem was in 2020 (was sent just an empty shipping box!) they corrected that promptly.

I am traumatized and will not be buying this stuff anymore.

Great quality products, with good ingredients at affordable prices! Love the e.l.f. Holy Hydration! Face Cream - Spf 30 and the e.l.f. Holy Hydration! Eye Cream. I also purchased e.l.f. Bite-size Lip Balm - Berry and eyliner pen and I have to say all are amazing!

My order from October 3rd didn't arrive until Oct.13th which I consider a slow delivery. My Oct. 7th order arrived on the 14th. Seven to ten days is much slower than other companies but I do love all of their products and will continue to order from them.

I got so excited when I released this company was paraben free. I spent about £40 in Superdrug om their products. OMG never again, they are cheap and awful. The mascara is shocking, the powder doesnt go on, the eyeshadow doesnt stay on, the concealer is like glue. Cheap rubbish don't waste your money. Mine will be going back

I usually have good experiences purchasing from elf and think they look after you more as a customer than any other brand, for example offering free products, discount codes etc however I’m really frustrated with my recent purchase.
My delivery was estimated to be 2 working days and I purchased this on Tuesday and wasn’t shipped until yesterday (Friday) which in its self is very frustrating when it was ordered on TUESDAY. I’ve now had an email saying it will be here for October 3rd (Monday) despite ordering it on Tuesday meaning that would have been a week then before it’s finally arrived to me.
I’ve never had this happen to me before, from ordering from elf as I’m a returning customer and I’m very frustrated with it because I needed it for this weekend coming preferably before.
The lack of communication and care of the situation has really frustrated me, because of this I don’t think I will order from elf directly again and instead from a different seller where it will be shipped quicker.

Do not buy from ELF cosmetics - their customer service is rubbish - wish I had seen all the reviews before I bought!

Recieved my order after about a week , colours were not as seen on wed site , found out No Returns ! all went in the bin ., total waste of money , spend your money elsewhere Do Not shop here !!

Ordered two eyebrow pencils, in the sale, however they are useless, already in the bin. That are both completely dried out and with the slightest pressure the pencil leads just snapped where they were so brittle. A complete waste of money …. And postage!!!

Placed an order 5 days ago, no shipping email. Says it’s still processing. Have been trying to contact customer service for days and heard nothing. And my moneys already been taken

Received my order. Tried to return same day it arrived. No returns no refunds = no customers. Go anywhere else. Poor customer service

ZERO customer service after purchase. I received an email from E.L.F. two days after my purchase advising that the exact items in my order were now on sale for 60% off. I have tried calling several times but the music stops and the call automatically disconnects after being on hold for a mere couple of minutes. Their online chat is pointless as it doesn’t function properly (it assigned this case number after I typed I want to speak with an agent about an order issue: {!casenumber}¿) and no human ever comes on. I also attempted to reach E.L.F. cs via DM on their facebook page. No response after a week. Horrible way to run a business into the ground. It’s a shame because I actually like their liner and mascara, but customer service is as import as having good product.

Ordered the new halo glow. Order shows delivered but I never received my order. So disappointed. Still waiting for a response from elf Uk and whistl.

Terrible service. Never again. My order took forever to be shipped and never arrived. Upon inquiring, I was dismissed to the delivery company.

Not only are their products amazing but so is their customer service. The foundation I brought from there is the best I’ve ever used. Very impressed and would highly recommend this company! Thank you e.l.f. Cosmetics!

I ordered specifically for my holidays leaving plenty of time for delivery (one would think). My order was placed a week ago and still has not shipped. I emailed and was told they're experiencing delays. No offer to upgrade the shipping or anything of the like. I will now be receiving my order after my holiday which is why I bought it in the first place. Disappointing experience.

Cancelled my order without any sort of explanation. This was over a week after I placed the order. Such a joke. I’ll never place another order again.

Honestly, I didn't think I would have any issues with the company because I buy their products all the time on Amazon or other retail stores. However, I bought some products from their personal store and they forgot one of my palettes. I didn't get upset the first time because things happened. I call customer service and they send out another one for free. Today was the day it arrived and I got an empty box with whatever paper stuffing they use...came with literally nothing...not even an invoice...What big company doesn't send out printed invoices, let alone check people's packages to see if everything is in the boxes. They asked if I wanted another one sent and at this point, I said no and got a refund. Won't be buying from them for a while on their online store. The people at customer service were respectful and did help resolve the issue.

Terrible service! I’m from UK and delivery is from UK too. They charged me £4.50 which is a lot considering they use 2nd class Mail. After a week I haven’t even got any confirmation regarding my order. It turned out it’s still being in the warehouse, not picked up, not shipped. I would strongly advise not to order from their website as there is a high risk you will never receive your parcel. Disgusting service.

I absolutely love these products but I was really disappointed with the make up melting cleansing balm. I always ‘double cleanse’ I have for years, but when I tried this product, I was shocked by how much make up was left on my face when I used a toner after. But in general for the money the products are pretty good. Never had a problem with shipping and the loyalty scheme is brilliant. Try it, you might be pleasantly surprised!! 😊
