A scam
A scam, no results after 18 months of paying them total over $7000 and now they refuse to give me a refund.
There are multiple complaints at BBB against this law firm for predatory practices and we filed a complaint with The State Bar of California OFFICE OF CHIEF TRIAL COUNSEL. These scammers must be stopped!

Joined Elitw Legal Practice 2 years ago. I had enrolled 8 accounts with them as they assured me they will be successful in helping me. They advised me to stop paying all my credit cards . All accounts went into collection. The first collection Elite Legal Practice dropped the ball and never had representation for my im court. I was judged as a vacant seat and had full default judgment against me. 5 more summons and $5,300.00 in payments to Elite legal i have no resolved accounts and owe more then when I started 2 years ago with Them. As accounts were going into summons and collection Elite would remove them from enrolled list and give you like a $6 @ month discount for losing an account. Eventually I got to the point that I was paying Elite more then my credit balance of the 2 last accounts would be. I told Elite they need to come down on monthly payments and the said give them a couple of months to get back to me with an answer and new payment plan. We'll no one ever got back to me and they started withdrawing monthly payments again without a agreement. I finally asked for a refund and to be canceled from program. They denied my refund and canceled me from there system.
I now owe all 8 accounts that I started with program. However now it's all in collections and with all higher balances and out $5,300. 00 that i paid Elite Legal practice.
In my opinion they are a scam.

While we regret that the client feels dissatisfied, our records confirm that we acted diligently and in good faith within the parameters of the agreement and the limitations inherent in legal and procedural matters. As per our agreement, all fees paid to our law firm are earned for work performed and are not refundable.
We have addressed and resolved this matter with the Better Business Bureau and if there are any outstanding concerns, we encourage the reviewer to contact our office directly so we can address them through the appropriate and confidential channels.
Our firm remains dedicated to resolving matters in a professional and lawful manner.

My Experience with Elite Legal Practice
The company is helping me with what i'm trying to accomplish with my credit card debt. The people are really nice to deal with. I feel that their sales person may have oversold what they were capable of doing, but they have helped me immensely. If this last part comes together, I will be in pretty good shape. I hope to have my credit score back in the seven hundreds soon.

Debt dept lady very rude
Some Lady from the debt department. Call yesterday telling me there was a problem with my checking acct.I told her that I already called ELITE. About how my banking account was hacked and they closed it.and gave me another
Account and that I gave all of my new banking info .she said so are you going to call your bank.i told her I would check.so she called me again today about the same thing. I told her the payment already posted to my new checking account. So she hung up.
