Amazing experience with Elite Umrah. Especially Haider who had helped and assisted us with the booking from the start to the end. Whilst we was on our pilgrimage he had constantly kept in touch with us, made sure we had arrived on time, made sure our transport had collected us and dropped us ok, made sure there were no issues. Made sure that our umrah was completed, even down to checking in with us before during and after our rawdah appointments. Well organized trip using Qatar airways to Jeddah via Doha. During this pleasant trip, we've been seated in quite comfortable seat. The friendly staff onboard were also very polite.We've received perfect service and we've enjoyed a very well- balanced food. Amazing experience, the tour was well organised, the hotels were at a distance, but they told us in advance about this. Pick and drop was well coordinated and on time throughout the tour. I will avail their services again inshallah.

When my dearest Sister and I embarked on our Umrah journey with Elite Umrah, we anticipated a trip filled with spirituality and peace. What we didn't anticipate was that our agent ( Faizan ) would become our guardian angel in a moment of true crisis.

Faizan was MASHAALLAH exceptional from the very start . He guided us through every step with such patience and clarity, ensuring our spiritual experience was as profound and beautiful as we had dreamed. May Allah bless him in every way. our time in the Makkah and Madinah was seamless, allowing us to be fully present in our ibadah. We felt carried by his expertise and sincerity.

And then, just as we were preparing to return to the UK, the world changed. The conflict erupted, and our flight home was cancelled. In that moment of fear and uncertainty, far from home with chaos unfolding, Faizan became our rock. He didn't just handle the logistics; he handled our hearts. He reassured us constantly that everything would be okay, and his calm confidence became our anchor. While we prayed and worried, he worked tirelessly behind the scenes—rebooking flights, navigating the crisis, and taking care of everything so we didn't have to.

He didn't abandon us once our umrah was over. He stayed with us until we were safely back home.

Brother Faizan turned a potentially terrifying experience into a profound lesson in trust and humanity. He guided us to the House of Allah, and then, when the world seemed to be falling apart, he supported us back home.

I was skeptical at first reading the bad reviews but I met brother Ali at the office cleared everything up and explained what happened gave me a good package for my budget also brother salman was always by my side when I needed help and kept on top of everything and constantly checking up on me to make sure everything was going well. They got a great team in Saudi. Would highly recommend to anyone and would a million percent use their services again.

I had a good experience booking with Elite Umrah. Brother Salman was very responsive and clearly explained the package details. Everything was organised well and provided on time, which made the whole process smooth and stress free.

The only downside for me was the hotel location. It was quite far from the Haram, and although there was a shuttle bus service, it was not always convenient or consistent. I would strongly recommend requesting a hotel closer to the Haram, even if it costs a bit more, as this makes a big difference to the overall experience.

Overall, I would recommend Elite Umrah, especially for their communication and support. Just be sure to discuss hotel location clearly before confirming your package.
