Alhamdulillah, I had a beautiful experience with this company, I was hesitant at 1st as I didn’t know anyone who personally used their service, but from start to finish Afzal was there making sure everything went smoothly and very organised. Alhamdulillah due to his very good customer service I felt supported, the whole booking and transportation was fantastic. I highly recommend anyone going umrah and truly just want to concentrate on their acts of worship to use their service

Alhamdullillah booked our package for 14 nights. Br Afzal did our booking for us,customer service has been great. He kept us informed every step of the way also made sure when we got to Jeddah Aiport that we arrived OK and were picked up by our driver and kept in touch to make sure everything went smoothly. We struggled to book Rawdah visit on Nusuk app, he also made sure to get a booking for Rawdah for me and my family. Our hotels were in a good location as we request close to the haram. Jazzak Allah khair for all your help and support. Its been a great experience Alhamdullillah.

From the very beginning, Brother Afzal was incredibly helpful and professional. He arranged our flight tickets, eVisa, transportation, hotel arrangements, and Rawdah booking with great care and attention. Everything was organised very smoothly, and we felt supported throughout our journey.

Alhamdulillah I have just got back from my Umrah, booked with Ikram from Alamanah. It was one of the greatest experience I've ever had, one which was made so much easier through booking with Alamanah. I stayed at the Swissotel Makam in Makkah, it was a great location to The Haram and at Saja Warwick.in Medina. Ikram communicated with me through my journey whilst in Umrah making sure everything was OK and going smoothly.
When I first landed in Jeddah, I couldn't get through to my transfer to Makkah, Ikram was at hand to contact the transfer driver and assured I was in Makkah in no time.
Inshallah I look forward to booking with Alamanah in the future.
