I didn't end up booking a package with Almarah Travels this time because my specific travel dates didn't align with their group departures, but I felt compelled to leave a review based on the service I received.
I spoke with Afzal, who was incredibly helpful and patient.Instead of trying to "hard sell" me or squeeze me into a date that didn't work, they took the time to explain the current visa requirements and gave me honest advice on which hotels would best suit my needs for a future trip.
It’s rare to find a company that prioritizes the pilgrim’s experience over just making a sale. Their transparency about pricing and logistics gave me a lot of confidence in their expertise. Even though I couldn't go this time, they will definitely be my first choice for my next Umrah trip.

Brother Abdur Reheem ensured that our entire trip was as smooth as possible, from the very beginning until the moment we arrived back in the UK. We stayed at the Crowne Plaza Madinah and the Voco Makkah Hotel. Both hotels were clean and offered incredible views from our rooms. The agency ensured we got the best hotels at an affordable price. My agent was imran. I wanted to vist rawdah in masjid nabawi and I was within the 365days and I was helped to get in by imran and alhamdulillah im so grateful. Jazakallahu khair. Mr Farhan Khalid was very professional with excellent communication. It was our first Umrah and the experience was easy and peaceful as we did not need to worry about booking , visa , travel , transport . Everything went smoothly. Mr Farhan was there step by step and he made sure that all is going well throughout the flights and hotel bookings .
The price of the package was very reasonable and the choice of hotels was good .
Drivers from/ to airport + between Makkah and Madinah were very good and arrived on time .
I simply felt relaxed as things moved smoothly despite having a short time to do Umrah .
I definitely recommend using Alamanah travel and I will definitely need their help for my second Umrah insha’Allah .

I just came back from my Umrah today. So, I want to give an elaborate review for Alamanah Travel UK. First of all, I did compare a lot of Umrah travel companies in UK and I found this one to be most affordable. So, all my package and everything was done by brother Ikram who sounded very professional, helpful and answering all my inquiries promptly. He did provide a lot of package options and also altered them as per my choice. The hotels provided were very nice and close by. I think the people commenting negatively about hotels are the ones expecting a 5 star hotel experience at a budget price. The transport company that they work with for Ziyarah and airport transfers in Mecca and Madina where very efficient. All the drivers they provided were on time, very professional and provided excellent communication. Hats off for that! All over, the experience was very nice at every stage. So, thanks to Alamanah and brother Ikram!
