Sick of breakdown companies companies
Only just purchased this breakdown yesterday and I had a flat battery as key left in ignition. They wouldn't come out as its not covered on my policy. Unless I paid over a hundred quid. I'm sick and tired of breakdown companies not helping me when I need them. You think you are getting a good deal with percentage off, but they dont cover for things. It' is all about money. Absolutely fed up with them

You wanted to charge me 340 to fit a new battery which thankfully I never accepted. I had to be without my car until my son came and he got one from Halfords for 80. I don’t expect to incur a mileage charge on my cover

Unauthorised payment
I noticed a unauthorised payment by this company. I have not used this company for many years. I have tried to contact them. There phone service is unbelievable. I was just left for a hour then they put down the phone. I tried so many times to sort this out. You cannot speak with anyone. I would hate to breakdown using this company, you cannot get through to anyone.

I had to use Emergency Assist when my car non-starter left me stranded on a busy roadside, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service.
From the moment I called, the customer service team was calm, reassuring, and efficient. They gave me a clear ETA and kept me updated via text, which took away so much of the stress. The recovery technician arrived quickly, was extremely professional and friendly, and diagnosed the issue right away.
Everything was handled safely and seamlessly, getting me back on the road without any hassle. Excellent value for money and complete peace of mind. I would highly recommend Emergency Assist to anyone looking for prompt, dependable roadside breakdown cover!

Contacted the breakdown service at 5.15am told them my car will not start i am at home going to work then got told 60 to 90 minutes before they can get their which I accepted 9.10am before anybody turned up to fix my car I asked the mechanic why it has took so long to reach me got a reply I only got the call for this job 30 minutes previous will not be using this service again very poor service it seemed like they waited until the nearest garage was open to send someone

Renewal of policy
Well it was a very simple process to complete the cover , this was a renewal and am yet to use in a breakdown situation and hope never do but i am confident that the service will be very good .

Absolutely shocking
Absolutely shocking, broke down. Would only take me to the nearest garage and not a garage of my choice. When I asked to pay the extra to take me a garage 1 hour away was quoted £584. Absolutely ridiculous.

Worst roadside assistance ever
Very, very disappointing service. If I could, I'd give zero stars. Unhelpful staff who read from a script and provided no support when I had my recent breakdown. They went out of their way not to provide the services I had paid for! I'm recently widowed, a woman in my sixties and they were going to leave me stranded overnight. I shan't be using this service again and cannot recommend.
