Could not have had better help
When I explained that I was an elderly lady with a car that would not start I was given very good and helpful advice. Help was with me in an hour, my car was started and my garage phoned. Was able to drive to my garage and they got a new battery organised for me. The person who came to help was very kind and helpful.

Helpful, friendly and fast!
Really helpful and friendly colleague on the phone. Quick call back to advise help had been arranged, and the recovery team called a minute later and were there within 10 minutes. Great service all round!

Very good service from first contact to fault cleared.
Reporting of problem very easy, quick and efficient, also I was kept up-to-date with recovery timescale. Breakdown vehicle arrived well within acceptable time frame, repair carried out without any fuss or bother. Overall, very good service.

When my renewal quote came in higher than expected, Christine was very helpful in bringing down to match costs from previous years.
I've used the service once, when my car wouldn't start. The engineer was helpful in diagnosing the problem, which was an old (and flat) battery.

He came and knew what the problem was straight away, he put anew battery in the car took payment all within 30 minutes.
Very quick and reliable service, he was also very polite.

Cheap but you get what you pay for
The headline figure was very cheap (through 2gether insurance) but the service we received updon breaking down abroad was appauling.
Having comlained to the company on returning home, we were told to "look at the small print" as they had provided the exact service described.
This turned what should have been a simple repair into an incredibly stressful situation in a foriegn country, and not one I would want to repeat.
I would recommend looking elsewhere, or at least read the very small print closely!

Poor customer service, No compassion, Avoid!
I had been a member for several years and have never had to use the breakdown service. I broke down on the 25/09/2026 around 30 miles from home. I found my renewal from April and when I checked my renewal I realised it was for my old vehicle. Which got written off just over a year ago. I was suffering from PTSD at the time and as such swapping it to my new vehicle slipped my mind and yes that's on me. I called the up and was completely honest with them.
Their response was well you're basically a new customer then. It'll cost you £120 plus agent handling fees plus mileage.
I told them i wasn't going to be bent over like that and cancelled my policy.
No customer service, no sense of compassion. Safe to say I won't be using them again.

Very poor. Trying to cancel renewal and calling them for a week and no one responding. Sent emails but still charged credit card. Will raise fraudulent charge against the company
