I’d like to say a huge thank you to the team at eMovement. They did a fantastic job fitting a set of German turn indicators to my e-bike.

As a cycle proficiency instructor, these indicators are incredibly important to me because an injury has made it difficult for me to signal left by hand. The indicators needed to be wired directly into the bike’s battery, and on my particular e-bike the installation was far from straightforward. In fact, another local bike shop took one look and declined to fit them for me.

The team at eMovement not only agreed to help, but they successfully fitted and had everything working perfectly by the very next day. Their knowledge and willingness to tackle a challenging installation really impressed me.

They were both very friendly and genuinely happy to help. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for e-bike expertise. I'll definitely be returning for future servicing.

The throttle was correct but the wire was was too short and the wrong wire for my bike entirely but my local shop managed to work around it and got it to work, which cost me extra.

Muhammed was exceptional! He was able to fix my bike in under 10 minutes. Was attentive and made sure everything was working as expected. I would highly recommend him and his store to anyone looking!

Took delivery of an Emovement Thor in white.
Bike was delivered fully assembled and unboxed so unprotected straight out of the back of a van. However all seemed good.
First few rides were fine but after about 200 miles I noticed oil leaking from the front suspension, didn't think much of it at first but this got worse after every ride and it developed a knocking sound going over bumps. Also after washing i noticed that the speed sensor on the pedal crank was broken and cracked in several places.
Contacted Emovement and was told that I could buy a new one from Amazon.
After bike had done less than 500 miles and only about 4 months old I contacted them about the suspension problem and the speed sensor. After a few weeks and more emails they answered and said that I could send the bike back to them to look at at my expense.
Considering that I live in the North of England and their depot is in the south of England i decided against sending it back to them incase they wouldn't cover the faults and I incurred delivery costs for no benefit.
They say that they have service engineers in my area but they didn't offer to contact them.
Battery life is questionable and does about 30 miles on a charge riding mainly on flat roads and conserving it as much as possible.
Overall bike is OK but I was very disappointed with the followup service after they stated in their last email to me that I should have had the bike serviced by them so wouldn't cover any warranty issues.
I fitted a new speed sensor myself and am looking into new better quality front suspension.

Mike and Mo were really helpful at answering a long string of questions. Nothing was too much trouble and their service exemplary. Delivery was trouble free and swift. Love my electric bike and have nothing but praise for E-movement. Highly recommended.

Viewed a few bike options 2 days before christmas, ordered christmas eve, had 2 delivered christmas day along with locks and a full demo re how to use the onboard computer - amazing service from a very friendly team

I bought an Emovement Thor in February 2025 and did send an email 3 months ago,querying a noise on the rear wheel.
Still no reply to that email.
This week the rear wheel had severe vibration and on inspection,6 or 7 spokes were broken.
Very light use of 500 miles in 7 months.
Tried calling multiple times,nobody ever answers.
I did receive a call late on Tuesday,and was told “we will sort something out”
That was it,no contact at all and ignoring emails.
I’ve tried to get the local recommended mechanic in my area(as listed as a service partner on the Emovement website) to try and assist in repairing my bike,at my own cost.
He can’t work on these bikes anymore,due to insurance changes!
Why list on the website if they can’t help out?
Evans cycles will not touch the bike,Halfords are the same.
Please think twice when buying from Emovement,as after sales service is non existent and impossible to converse with anybody.

The bike came pre built so no danger of broken or defective parts, for the price it's a very good bike

after a frustrating hour or so trying to get the old battery out, I contacted the guys at the workshop and they sent me detailed instructions and short pics/vids on the process. pretty straightforward tbh.
happy now, good follow up and coms.

Good advice from Mike at emovement, the kickstand is a perfect fit.

E Movement were great, they held a bike for me whilst I was sorting out my bike to work certificate that took quite a while. As soon as I sent this over, they processed and arranged a really quick delivery. When delivering, they set the bike up for me and showed me how to use it. The bike is great quality and works really well!

They answered my message on a Sunday and had new battery to me in 2:days

Bike seems good not been out yet but I'm sure it will, found a couple of little scratchers but nothing to worry about.

We decided to buy from E-Movement because they are a UK company and are based in Woking, so we could visit them and see the bikes before purchasing. There are so many online e-bike companies where you cannot see and test ride the bikes first, and deliver directly from overseas. We ended up buying the Pixie and Aries. They were both delivered completely assembled by Proovia Couriers who provided good communication about the delivery time. Both bikes are great fun but unfortunately we had some problems with the Aries. We contacted Mike on email and replies were quick, and the issue has been resolved. I cannot fault the customer service from E-Movement, I'm very pleased we purchased from this company. No issues with the Pixie, which is great for me being a little vertically challenged, good solid bike, looks great, and the fat tyres make it comfortable and sturdy to ride. It's a little heavy, but when I need to fold and lift the bike into my car, I remove the battery first which makes it manageable. With the battery removed it's lighter than other bikes of similar size/style/price. Very happy with the Pixie and E-Movement.
