Amazing service.. 👏..very quick on delivery kept me informed the whole time ..and doppy me was having a few little hickups..so I called them and so helpful..was sorted out..lovely bike ..and there not miles and miles away from me so even better.... got a small problem with it so waiting for an appointment for a technician to come out and repair it ..at least it's nice to be able to actually speak to someone..

Shoddy parts gave up quickly (3 wks controller and 6 wks throttle ). They charged me to fix it . it went wrong again and again they made me take the bike to woking and charged me £200 for the effort. Same thing happened for a 3rd time and the motor gave up soon after. i had no choice but to completely gut the bike and replace most of the parts , even the brake sensors gave up. My conclusion is that emovement used the cheapest parts possible and the mechanic didnt know what he was doing.

Really good looking bike, stands out from the crowd.

Although there were issues with the original e bike, once we both got together to address the problems the eventual refurbished bike was wonderful and their aftercare service was faultless.

Some way to be able to lock together when folded - snap in clamp maybe would make lifting into car boot much much easier as it’s heavy

Exsilent, nice talking to a person

I like the panther bike but it could have done with a slightly bigger battery the 16ah starts to struggle at the end of 20miles drive to work and back home, a 20ah battery would have been perfect but it was my first electric bike and I thought 16ah would have been enough. The 250 watt motor isn't strong enough to get my weight at 100kg up a hill and I have arthritis this is why I got an electric bike! The government needs to relax the rules a bit and alow 500 watt motor and the throttle gives you far more control starting of, why the government has banned a throttle is just nuts!

The bike is fine, however…. The bike rack, sold as fitting the bike, did not fit. I contacted the company by phone and was referred to a YouTube video which showed it being fitted to a different bike. To get it to fit my bike it had to be bent a little - this probably invalidâtes any warranty on the bike or rack. When I opened the bike box I found two metal components loose in the box - not very big but they could be vital. I sent photos of the rack and components to the company as they requested; they never replied. I bought the bike in 2020 and I was asked today, in 2025, for a review.

Bought an ebike from these as a replacement for my e scooter. Glad i did. Its a very sturdy bike. Easy to use and fold. Good battery life. Came pre assembled and with lights and a lock which is a bonus. The only negative i have is the weight of the bike itself. As i caan barely lift it in the door on my house. Lovely company. Whole online ordering was a breeze and same with the delivery company

UK based brand was appealing. I’ve taken my bike several times to be repaired and it’s a great service. Usually same day turnaround and a fair price and good advice. I would recommend.

Where very helpful especially when it comes to shipping to a remote location, lots of goodies came too, very nice bike well built and battery lasts ages

Excellent service as always

Was looking for a E-bike for a while. Found this company in Woking. I gave them a call and arrange a test ride. I like the bike I had chosen. Arranged to collect after they done there checks. I have enjoyed riding it ever since. Had over a year now and have no problems.
Would highly recommend.

E-Movement are a real company with real people who answer the phone! They reply to emails promptly, even on a Sunday!
It was a fast and efficient service. I bought a Panther electric bike off them and the whole process from enquiring to buying to delivery went without a problem.
They were friendly and keen to help and made me feel at ease with such a large purchase (and bike).
The bike itself is superb, a whole lot of fun and is still going strong nearly a year since I bought it.
I can heartily recommend this company and their E-bikes to anyone looking for a quick, reliable, friendly experience!

Very good and very helpful

Had a great time with the bike, the fat tyres take out a lot of the bumps, I'm a big lad and the bike takes all I throw at it , I live in the Afan valley in South Wales with some great trails and I get around them with ease, I need to upgrade to a new bigger battery but I manage with the original Samsung one. I've had general wear and tear but 3yrs on and I can't see the point in changing it for a new one. Great company, great bike.
