The throttle was correct but the wire was was too short and the wrong wire for my bike entirely but my local shop managed to work around it and got it to work, which cost me extra.

I’ve had my panther bike a few weeks now and it’s great,many a trip around the canal system,great suspension and love the fat tyres,it was delivered on time full assembled,had to ring them with a query which they answered and emailed me some info.

First impressions of the Thor are good/
Just bought a road legal Thor with the larger battery. The order process and delivery were good, as are the first impressions of the bike itself, and battery life.
The seat is not the most comfortable, and it kept lowering despite being tightened to the max.

I am absolutely thrilled with the whole…
I am absolutely thrilled with the whole experience. From the moment I placed my order for my emovement Thor bike, I was seriously impressed. The communication was first class to the point where they talked me out of unnecessary options. My bike arrived pretty much fully assembled and was delivered with care well within the timeframe expected. All I had to do was add the back light, water bottle and bell. Charging is quick and easy and I had my first ride on it today - it’s brilliant and also a fun way to get fit. I would recommend emovement 100% and the Thor eMTB.

I've phoned the company numerous times…
I've phoned the company numerous times because there's problem with the display it's not recording the milage properly there's 39 miles on the display but I use the strata app I've been out on the bike all last week and twice this week I've do e over 100 miles on the strava app it's only recorded 39 miles on my aries mtb step through 250watt bike they keep saying technician ring me back but they haven't and when you try ringing them the phone rings for ages then gets cut off as if they hang up on you not good at all the bikes only 3 weeks old

Thank you for your feedback. We understand your frustration and want to assure you that we have been actively working to resolve your concern. You purchased the bike on 5th February but first reported the odometer issue on 26th February. Since then, we have exchanged 30-32 emails to assist with the display issue and find the best solution for you.
To resolve this, we have already offered you three options:
A full refund if you are not happy with the bike and wish to return it.
A repair service, where we collect and fix the bike.
A £150 discount if you choose to keep the bike.
Please note that e-bike displays are not always 100% accurate, as they calculate mileage based on wheel rotations and other factors. Even small setting changes, such as wheel size or assist levels, can affect the readings. These displays are intended for guidance only and may not provide exact mileage. If you require precise tracking, alternative apps or devices are available for this purpose.
You mentioned that you have ridden over 100 miles in one go, which reflects your extensive cycling and also confirms the bike’s reliability and performance. The display reading has not affected the bike’s functionality, but we do understand your concern and are still here to assist you.
Regarding communication, we always aim to respond as quickly as possible, but we may not always be able to answer on the first ring. However, we have remained in regular contact through emails and calls to support you.
Given the number of calls and emails we’ve exchanged, we believe we’ve made every effort to support you. If you still feel we haven’t been responsive, we’ll leave it to other customers to judge the service we provide.

The emovement shop is a company I…
The emovement shop is a company I believe I said I wanted to use. There have fully complied dvsa code of conduct and are fully legal the materials used from the frames come with a nice Matt finish on the bike I chose. I had problems with the first motor meaning it went through a lot so I upgraded to buy the same bike model a year later with the same model but with a different wheel of choice that he had spares for which was of a higher spec with more of unique style to complete my purchase with them I really believe to get one of there bikes as there always changing specs of course and little tweaks. To make the new bikes the best in years to come.

Great working with eMovement customer services to answer my questions. Bike arrived assembled and my wife enjoyed a 20km ride for her first ride. Lovely bike and came with nice accessories - Powerful light & power bank, chain combination lock, and fitted rack.
I have another folding ebike and I can already can tell the differences in the attention to detail by eMovement.

I obviously touched a nerve, when informing everyone that you stopped replying to my messages and you had done a bad job, I have had to take my bike to another shop and have had to pay almost £300 to fix the problems caused by whoever does the jobs on your bikes.

Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify that our approach is not towards deleting feedback. We value all the feedback as it helps us improve our products and services. The incident you mentioned might be a result of some technical glitch as we are moving to a new platform.
Our record shows that you purchased inner tubes and were unhappy as they got punctured.
We would like to explain that tube puncturing is rarely attributed towards quality, but is mainly due to road/track conditions. As a standard industry practice, inner tubes are not covered under warranty for this reason.
