Tried and tried to place an order but just kept saying it needed my mobile number which I put in but made no difference. Tried to ring but no one picked up.

I ordered Sweet Child of Mine in memory of my recently departed son, he LOVED scented roses and flowers and this did not disappoint.
Customer service couldn't have been more helpful in changing the delivery address and the delivery was almost on time, but that was an issue with DPD 🙄

My recent purchase of a rose I brought for friends celebrating their 20th anniversary was a blooming good gift. It came well packaged and was delivered in a timely manner. The rose is in good condition with plenty of buds. Looking forward to seeing it in bloom and my friends were completely overwhelmed and delighted with their gift. The added wooden heart was a good choice too.

My mum has recently passed and I decided to have a rose for her in my garden. After visiting many garden centres I could not find a “mum in a million” anywhere. So searched online and found English roses the website was easy to navigate and easy to order the price was within the scale I was expecting to pay.
Upon receipt i found the rose to be well packaged and in bloom with lovely flowers so really impressed, superb amount of detailed information on how to care for the plant well worth the money and thank you 🙏

We ordered the Diamond Wedding Anniversary for my sister and her husband. Both the company and DPD were brilliant in keeping us informed until delivery which was on the right day and time slot. The rose was beautifully packaged in a white bag and they were thrilled with both the condition of the rose and the amount of buds waiting to open. The purchase was easy as was changing the delivery date. When it came it was packed so well and a lot of care had gone into the plant and the packaging of it. It is a lovely size and was a present for some friends. Wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from you again thank you

Ordered a beautiful rose to commemorate the first anniversary of my lovely friend's death. Chose one called her name to send to her husband.
I accidentally ordered it to be delivered to myself and the lovely lady on the phone sorted the change of address no bother.

I hadn't realised my friend had moved house so I was able to change the delivery again on the courier's website on the same day of delivery.

The rose arrived in full bloom and is stunning. No complaints at all, a very happy customer.

I ordered the Golden wedding rose for my brother & sister in laws 50th anniversary. I had to amend the delivery date, I got through on the telephone straight away & this was changed for me with no problem. The rose was a beautiful healthy plant. I would definitely recommend purchasing from English roses.

I purchased a rose for a present for my brother in laws 80th birthday. The rose was delivered by DPD on time on the day requested. On undoing the packaging I found the rose to be in perfect condition with eight buds waiting to flower. Unfortunately the plant pot had a crack across one side. A quick call to explain that as the rose was a gift, I was dissapointed with the pot. I was offered an immediate apology and told that a new pot would be sent straight away. It arrived two days later. What excellent service.

niece who had to have her furbaby put to sleep he was elderly but what a character from ordering to delivery the service was excellent The Rose was beyond what expected the quality amazing in bud so she planted it on the side of his grave in the garden Thank you

5 star experience from English Roses - particularly from Karen in Customer Services.
I had ordered a memorial rose for a family member, and paid for express delivery.
DPD had unexplained issues on the expected delivery date, so it was postponed. The next day I stayed in purposefully for it, constantly checking updates. It was not delivered to my door, but instead thrown (sideways) somewhere at the bottom of our drive.
Sadly someone must have taken it, so I never received the item, but Karen immediately ordered a replacement rose for me, and went above and beyond in making sure it was delivered safely to a Pickup Point.
The new rose was absolutely beautiful - packaged wonderfully, in a lovely condition, and perfect for its purpose.
Thanks again to Karen for her empathetic words, and efficient customer service.
Will certainly use again (and will avoid DPD, who did nothing to try and help me locate the original item).

My Girl (yellow) for her 2nd birthday.

I've just ordered You're Beautiful (red) for her 3rd birthday.

Blue for You (purple) was bought for me as a Christmas present.

They're all blooming beautifully, I love them, never had rose bushes before!

I bought one (pink) for my daughter-in-laws 30th birthday, she loves it and it's blooming.

Also bought Special Day rose for my sons in-laws after the wedding and it too is still blooming.

I really can't recommend English Roses highly enough. The ordering is easy & advice is excellent.
