Quick and efficient I was just updating my epc after renovation

Booked and paid for online. Recieved updates and a phone call on the day. Karim was polite and friendly. Arrived on time.I was happy with the service. Thank you !

Booked and paid deposit. Phoned and was told i would be contacted that evening to confirm time for survey.....no call phoned next day. (what ever number you call goes to the same person) Told message has been sent (5mins after call) confirming appointment message was wrong post code -confirmed correct address and post code on call, appointment booked earliest 5 days after initial booking. 11:00 - 14:00 guy said would call 30 mins before arrival. I messaged at 13:15 to confirm attendance return message said will be there 13:45 -14:00 Then messaged saying "office" messed appointments due to post code although address and post code was discussed and confirmed after first phone call. arrived 14:45 completed survey in 5 minutes.
Cert uploaded to Gov website after payment.
