Sneaky Contracts in Bad Faith
One of the worst customer service experiences of my life. I rated it 1 star because 0 stars aren't available. They don't care about customers, and the contract cancellation fees are ridiculous. You have to pay 50% if you cancel before the agreement ends. Bad faith and sneaky contracts.

I have asked them to STOP this genius b.s my credit gets assigned to automatically no one stopped it. I had to at the cost of the credit topped up, because you lose any credit you have if you ask to stop the "genius plan" .
The fact that your credit has an expiry date is surely against consumer rights?!
Topped up with €50 before going to Australia, not a cent was used because there is no registered telecommunication with epic to give the service. That of course went down the drain too. It's been €100 in credit to my phone expired and not a cent used....and no one can do anything...CHOOSE GO MOBILE MUCH BETTER!

Never chose Epic. They like to overcharge and they don't provide any details when you ask them.
I was in America and my mobile data didn't work there. I contacted them via chat and told them about that problem many times. I was clever enaf to make a screenshots of our chats.
Big was my suprise when I received 70 euro bill from them instead of 22. When I contacted them they told me it's the data usage outside of EU. When I asked them to send me detailed data usage list they send me wrong month ( November instead of December). Asked them for corect months but they keep postponing and refusing. It's impossible to deal with them. Useless to say I'm cutting they service and never ever again. People please be careful as they are bunch of cheaters nothing more.

Missold an internet package in December 23. It didn't include TV channels as the brochure shows and the salesman indicated. Took 1 month to install internet. Go somewhere else! Extremely poor service.

They don't allow you to open an account with them unless you have an epic number then when I arranged for a direct debit I realized that I was billed for non payment as well as a one year free trial was reduced to 6 months! Had to go to consumer affairs to fix since epic did not listen

Epic is a scam. Make sure to always have proof of payment if you ever decide to use their services otherwise they will keep charging you for the same bill and add a late fee that keeps accumulating.

Use to be better when it was Vodafone. 5g connection very patchy. Don't get any Internet in certain areas.
Their Customer Service chat logic is a joke too. When out of hours, they allow me type my details and problem description. Then they tell 'Sorry. We are closed' No one gets back.
Bad customer service
I went to a live chat on EPIC website to resolve issues with my fast out running mobile data.In a while I was connected to an operator Katerin, she greeted me nicely asking how was my day. The moment I start addressing her my questions on the issues, Katerin was not giving any signs of being on the line, even though I stayed in the chat for at least 15 minutes, hoping to see her replies, until the system threw me out - time was out. Very disappointed with the service! Not to mention how long did it take me to finally see that hello from Katerin. Extremely Bad customer service.

I'm a customer for almost 3 years with Epic. Have always had my phone number without contract, as I don't know when I will be leaving the Island.
I went to the store in Sliema, to get another sim-card. The guy in the shop asked if I wanted it with subscription or continue with top-up. I wanted of course to continue with top-up, as I've had for almost 3 years.
He then asked me to sign on a plastic board, so I could get my sim-card. I signed with the believe that the agent was giving me what we agreed on.
A month later I find out, that the agent put BOTH my numbers on contract for 2 years, without me knowing.
This means, that for me to break the contract that I never wanted, I have to pay several hundreds of euros.
I have been in contact with Epic, but the answer is the same "You signed, too bad for you". It's like the laugh at you, because they just scammed you.

Terrible customer support. It is useless they can't solve any problem at one go. You have to contact them millions of times and You really have to try your best to solve your issues. I want to cancel the paper invoice and went to 3 times their outlet waited 3 hours and what I got is still a paper invoice. Unbelievble. if possible stay away.
Terrible service
Terrible service. I have had countless problems with the VALUE-pack over the course of several months and have therefore spent a lot of money because there always seems to be an issue with the bundle. The most recent problem was this week. I topped up and sent the VALUE message to the appropriate number but I kept receiving an automated message saying to wait 15-minutes with no clarification of whether it worked following it. In 2 days the ten euros I topped up with ran out. The reason I didn't call epic is because it was during the weekend so they would've been closed and to be honest, I have already spent countless hours on hold with their operators - as a student and part-time worker, I don't have time to do this every month, especially when their website advertises easy top-up. Absolute disgrace.

Sold me a phone with the promise of 5g within 6 months after. 2 years after and they are still not able do deliver 5g to samsung phones.

Appalling customer service and unauthorized credit deduction
I was travelling and as soon as I crossed the boarder, Epic deducted a traveller's bundle, although I did not request it. They simply just removed credit from my account.
I proceeded to several (at least 30) attempts to contact them via Live-Chat, but the session would time out after 2 min. The few times I got an agent to speak to me, they would say that they will check, and simply close the chat window!
Be very careful, they will steal from you!
Awful customer service
My experience with them was really bad. Had to pay 10€ for a sim card and 10€ more for a data bundle (5 GB); the day after, I wanted to make calls, so bought what was titled "a top-up" for calls from their website, but this removed all of my data! Contacted their customer service and explained the situation several times, insisting that their website said this was a "top-up", but the lady kept repeating the same thing and refused to give me back the data I had lost. Total scam!
