Purchasing was really easy - delivery was quick! Any issues we've had the techincal team have been amazing at resolving! I spoke to Josh today about an ongoing issue and he was fabulous at resolving it!

We bought their Ultracolour A3 Desktop Printer and so far so good. I arranged to visit their showroom to see the machine in person before purchase and Josh was very helpful showing me how to use the machine and it's maintenance.

So far the machine is spot on and definitely a worthy investment. We downsized from the Epson F2100 and I must admit this machine outperforms that in terms of producing DTF transfers that along with the cost of ink being significantly cheaper on this machine makes the change a win in my eyes.

Support and aftercare from DTG Warehouse has also been spot on so far.

I had a problem with my procolored F13 L1800 DTF Printer.
DTF Warehouse informed me I needed a new motherboard,cable,printhead it was next day service and I'm up and running again with out there help I would be waiting on China for weeks thank god DTF Warehouse was so easy to deal with. I will 100% recommend these guys and will be using them again that's for sure. Never let me down and there technicians are spot on. Thank you very much guys. Looking forward to the future thanks to you.

Cannot fault my A3 ultra colour at all!
And the support received for the very little issues iv had has been genuinely top class, in 6 months I had my first downtime causing issues today, contacted via WhatsApp, issue resolved within literally minutes and 0 cost as it was a tiny user error I'd never encountered before

I ordered my Ultra colour printer and when it arrived it was missing a couple of small items. It wasn’t a big problem though – I contacted the team and they apologised straight away. I was able to get the screws and syringes myself, and they were very helpful with the setup when I got stuck.

I’ve messaged them a few times since, and Josh has always been really helpful and quick to respond. Overall, great customer support and I’m happy with the service.

I was looking for a new DTF printer asap, due to having issues with my other. The team was quick at giving me a call & sorting out my printer on the same day shipping. It arrived next day which was amazing. The set up was fast all information is reliable and relevant to the set up. Amazing prints flawless. So happy I choose to purchase.

Amazing service by the team! I’m a complete newbie and have only had my printer 2 weeks. Phoned up to ask for advice and within 10 minutes they’d remote accessed my computer and fixed my issue, turns out it was a me problem!
Would highly recommend based on their customer service alone.

After a purchase through a different company wasn’t going to plan I ended up cancelling my order, I came across DTF Warehouse, I ordered my printer and it arrived the next day, After following video instructions for the set up I got to a bit that wasn’t working (on my laptop) I rang up asking if they would help, They took over my screen and set the whole printer up for me, while chatting through WhatsApp. After the set up was complete they gave me a called and gave advice on cleaning, ventilation etc, and if I have any problems to call and they will help sort it out. Can not fault the customer care and would 100% recommend them.

We have been really happy with the service from the team at DTF Warehouse. We purchased the Ultracolour DTF printer from them in December '25 (after our printer from a previous supplier was becoming a bit of a nightmare!) and are so pleased we did. Whenever we have a question, they respond very quickly. They also follow up calls when they say they will. Great company and we will continue to use them.

The dtf printer i purchased from this company was great printer and service was out of this world

Incredible team at DTF warehouse. They are always so responsive to questions or messages. Their service is second to none. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Brilliant service, had a minor problem in installation but contacted them and Josh contacted me back straight away and got his team to help. All sorted and Josh has since contacted to ensure everything is still good.
Overall very pleased and happy with service.

I bought a curing oven bundle from dtfwarehouse last week, brilliant bit of kit and the guys are helpful with setting it up, would recommend

DTF WAREHOUSE BUYERS BEWARE!!!!
They advertise a desktop printer that prints an A3 print in 10 minutes. Which is slow, but if you know you are buying that, you know what to expect.
However the actual print time is more than double this. They swear its as they say blah blah, but I have video evidence. I can only presume that they either are liars or the machine I received is faulty. Either way, I havent been provided with the machine specs I ordered.
After much back and forth with them, they agree to take the printer back. They wanted to deduct £500 from my refund, which I was obviously not willing to do as the printer is not as advertised.
They eventually agree to a full refund.
I follow instructions on how to return the item, they then send an email with multiple excuses on how the machine is damaged and only offer to refund £750 out of the £1700 I originally paid.
They are claiming extensive damage caused by ink (I already told them the ink could not be fully drained as the bottles are built into the machine). However they are claiming there was no ink leaked from the sealed tanks. So basically are making out ive thrown ink all over it.

They are also claiming there are scratches etc. All nonsense as the machine went back exactly how it was received and obviously happened during transit.

So instead of taking it up with the courier, as they should, they are trying to swindle me out of a grand.

They have since altered the information on their website, which proves they lied. Luckily I took copies of everything anyway. They also never stated anywhere in any correspondence that my full refund was subject to the machine being returned in original condition. Not that it matters as the law states I am entitled to a full refund via distance selling regulations if I cancel the sale within 14 days, which I did.

They continue to argue on social media also. Which is fine as it makes the whole situation more visible to others and hopefully will prevent others having the same issue.

I will get a full refund via my bank, Natwest are ruthless with this sort of thing. But I am warning you all now, STEER CLEAR!!!

Absolutely brilliant service. I had an issue with my order, which was for a print head. However, it was damaged and needed exchanging.
Within 10 mins of me emailing, they called me and agreed to exchange with the replacement coming tomorrow.
It was quite expensive and so I was stressing a bit about maybe not being believed, but they were so good. Really impressive

We’ve had a bit of a rollercoaster this week with our new Ultracolour DTF printer from DTF Warehouse. Things don’t always go smoothly with new kit, and that’s fair enough — but what really stood out was the incredible support from Josh and the tech team. Honestly, 5-star communication and help every step of the way.

This is exactly why buying from a UK-based supplier makes such a difference. If I’d known about DTF Warehouse a year ago, I’d have saved myself thousands (and a whole lot of hassle). The printer itself is a beauty — the print quality is amazing, the supplies are top-notch, and I can already see this being a long-term partnership.

Compared to the experience I’ve had with some overseas suppliers, DTF Warehouse really stands out. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Josh hands down gives some of the best customer service in the DTF game!
Since finding DTF warehouse their advice and support is second to none!

I was looking for a small desktop dtf printer to start making transfers myself rather than out sourcing them like I’ve been doing currently. I saw they had just released a new ultra colour desktop printer, so after calling a few times and getting some more information about it I took the plunge and I couldn’t be happier! I’ve only had it a couple of days but everything seems great so far and really happy with it.

Great service from Josh and his colleague in coming over and replacing our print heads and dampers on our DTF machine. Extremely knowledgable and they also supply all the consumables at a very competitive price
