Ran into shipping issues (Due to NZ Post not Equipo) and Equipo were very helpful! Managed to get everything sorted quickly

I realised late on Sunday night that I had left my phone charging cable two hours drive away. I made an online purchase of a new cable, and by first thing Monday morning it had been packaged up and was on its way to me. It duly arrived the very next morning. Such prompt and efficient service - thank you!

Pretty gutted I am writing this review… I have ordered from equipo before and had no issues. But this time round nearly a month went by before I emailed them to check in on my order to be told that there was a mistake on their end where the order didn’t go through and they are out of stock of one item and that would take 1-2weeks to get new stock and ship out…. I gave it a month and still nothing. Not impressed at all, especially they customer service attitude I’m getting of ‘oh, well’

My watch band keeper broke, so I set out to find a replacement and discovered Equipo. I’m so glad I did! As a watch enthusiast, I’ve shopped at various physical and online stores around the world, but many either lack the products I need or offer poor quality.

After placing my order, I was impressed by the speedy delivery—just a day or two! The quality of the products is outstanding. I also ordered an Ultrafit Strap and a new charger, both of which exceeded my expectations.

I can't recommend Equipo highly enough, and I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

Awesome speedy delivery and the strap is perfect. It's a little tougher stronger feeling plastic /material , colour is awesome and a nice price. I will be purchasing again for sure , maybe get a special Xmas strap or one for best.

We had exceptional service from Equipo. They provided excellent service and provided quick delivery of the Huawei GT4 46mm watch and strap. The watch is amazing and has all the features we needed in a watch. We recommend Equipo, they were fantastic. Thank you.

I purchased a watch strap for my nephew for his birthday, and had it sent direct. Unfortunately the wrong colour strap was picked (and I chose the wrong fitbit product). When I contacted Equippo not only did they reply back extremely quickly but they were so friendly and helpful in getting a replacement band (correct colour and product) sent out and are sending out a bag for the incorrect item to be returned.
I have a garmin watch myself and although I hadn't been intending to buy a replacement band for myself, I probably will as it was just so easy!

Equipo is always helpful and the products all always delivered quickly.
I have bought several of the Apple Watch straps over the years and if ever there was a problem (which was highly unusual!) it was always fixed very quickly. A very friendly company that I highly recommend.

The courier lost my delivery and Equipo chased it down and got it delivered
The headphone earpads are better than the originals

My initial order was lost by courier. It wasn't Equipo's fault. But I thought of just informing them. They took ownership and stayed on top of the case. They coordinated with the courier too. Finally, courier couldn't recover my order. Equipo sent me a new one! That's what you call customer service satisfaction! AAA

Prompt delevery. The strap was fine but the pins were weak and needed replacing.
