Scammers, beware they do not ship my order, or reply to any contact attempts. They do not list any information about their business, other than their email and phone number. I’ve had to report them to the FTC, BBB. I ordered my order more than a month ago and it has not even shipped, and they have not responded to me. Beware of them.

I ordered some things for my boyfriend a few weeks ago. The quality was great and with the pricing it made it very affordable. Will be shopping with them again soon.

Sito molto bello e fatto bene, perfetto per ingannare chi guarda senza controllare le recensioni. Il pacco non è ancora arrivato, il tracciamento non funziona e dice che sta processando l’ordine da settimane. Sconsiglio assolutamente l’acquisto di prodotti da questo sito, cercherò in tutti i modi di limitare i danni e provare a bloccare il pagamento, poiché il rimborso non è possibile.

Wish my son had seen the other reviews before purchasing. Is 15 part time job after school and has wasted his hard earned earnings on this company.
My 15 year old son has recently taken a liking to nice clothes and saw this brand on social media and bought two pairs of pants that are to short for him as they are 3/4 on him. Bought two shirts that he needs next size in.
I emailed them a couple of times and called them but no answer.
I emailed them that my son is a minor for a return / exchange like it says you can exchange but no reply todate.
Stay away from this company.

Hallo, ich habe mir eine Hose bestellt, mit der Erwartung, etwas schickes zu bekommen (Richtung Old Money).
Da auf der Internetseite irgendwas von wegen Frankreich stand und die Seite selbst seriös wirkte, habe ich testweise etwas gekauft. Ich habe sehr lange auf meine Hose gewartet, so fast einen Monat. Bekommen habe ich eine Hose, die man höchstens als Schlafanzug oder für Faching gebrauchen kann! Das Material ist billig, so dünn, dass man schon fast durchsehen kann, und die Farbe ist lila, obwohl die gewählte Farbe von mir grau war. Qualität also so wie bei Temu, billig und schlecht. Beim Tracking meiner Sendung habe ich dann sehen können, daß das Paket aus China kam, nicht aus Frankreich wie angegeben.
Mein Fazit:
Esandro Vale ist eine absolute Scam-Webseite, die dir modische Kleidung für wenig Geld anbietet, es sich dabei jedoch um richtigen Schrott handelt.
Kauft da bloss nichts ein!

This company was a nightmare to try to work with. I’ve had an open order with them for over 4 months with repeated emails assuring me the issues will be resolved soon. I still have not received the product and anytime I speak with them about just canceling it at this point and refunding the money, they suddenly stop responding. I would never recommend this shop, it would be cheaper and much simpler to just contact the manufacturer they are drop shipping from if you really want the product. As for the product itself, it is low quality but that was to be expected. It’s on par with basically anything you would find on Temu for $3, but they are charging $40.

Do not order from this company!!! The clothing is not like the website at all. It is cheap fashion from China with no returns, all sales final, they may change a size but it takes forever to arrive.

I found these on TikTok and decided to buy their product. Do not purchase from these at all, the products they are representing are not what you get in the post. They are far from "Old money" style clothing. The items all come from China (no labels, tags or their brand logo anywhere). They are a drop shipping merchant who needs their platform taken down by Shopify, they cannot have such a merchant selling bad items.

My two pence on this;
Items are cheap quality
The delivery takes 10 days, and will always take longer than expected
If you hate the product (which I believe you will) their policy states no refunds at all so you won't get your money back unless you do a chargeback with the bank
You won't get a confirmation email from them, you will have to use the Shop app to figure out your order tracking
You cannot complain to Shopify because Shopify require a URL on their complaint from you of the order which doesn't exist on their website (no idea why)
Packaging is terrible
I ordered a classic polo in large which was cheap quality and the size was wrong, it showed as XL and felt like a medium.

The brand isn't actually a brand. Its a cheap Chinese supplier with no label.

Took 10 days to come, tbf didn't expect any earlier.

Fairly poor quality clothing. Bought the flagship green polo.

Delivery took 3 weeks to arrive , when it did it wasn’t anything I expected , quality is very poor , customer service is even worse ,extremely late replies, wanted to return the items turns out they have a no returns/refund policy, wht a surprise. Stay awayy

It has been 20 working days since I ordered the goods and I am still waiting for delivery... I am guessing the reviews on the webpage itself are all fake, as no one ever had negative experience. Trustpilot reviews seem more realistic, and I wish I have read them sooner.

Purchased two items and both seem to be made of decent quality materials. One of the garments was too small for me so I sent an email and someone got back to me within a couple days. They have replaced the garment that doesn't fit at no extra cost to me. Good clothes and the support team was super helpful.

I bought Esandro Vale - Casual Striped Short Sleeve in green. Very poor material quality. :(

Fake website to dropship cheap materials from China around the world.
Very bad that there is no refund policy and they only would accept faulty goods.
Took the money from the account before delivery and refused to cancel the order and refund money at any point.
SCAM

Ich habe dort bestellt aber die Bestellung ist seit 5 Monaten nicht angekommen.
Sache ist am klären mit Mastercard.

Jetzt haben die widerrechtlich einfach so ohne weitere Bestellung noch mal abgebucht und bin deswegen 400€ im minus!
Jetzt werde ich wohl überlegen ob ich anwaltlich dagegen vorgehe.

I ordered a jumper and spent £50 and not only did it take weeks to ship off but the quality was awful. The jumper was a different colour and instead of the pattern being knitted it was printed. The jumper was also too small. I emailed them and asked for a refund and they refused to even consider it even after looking at the differences between the pictures on their websites and the jumper they sent me. I think they drop ship all their products after producing them cheap.
