Nice website with tons of products

Nice website with tons of products! Many different qualities and prices of the same object make it easy to pick just the right combination of quality v. price. Will recommend to others!

The customer service worked perfect!

The purchasing software is similar to that of other platforms. However, due to the particularities of my institution I needed a different payment method. The customer service worked perfectly. Andrea offered me every support and facilities to make the purchase without problems.

I think remote operation is a pretty good

I think remote operation is a pretty cool thing, and it's a necessary step to go through. So I'd say keep doing it, and having more hands-on opportunities would be even better.I hope to see more advanced techs in future attempts.
