Hello and thanks for leaving a review. If you order before 12pm Mon - Fri, your order is usually shipped that day and usually received the next working day. Sometimes, for instance, if there is paperwork that has to be filled in with the shipment because it contains a Hazardous item, it may take a little longer and that is why we do not guarantee next day delivery. We have a small team that handles the shipping and we try our best. Our shipping is still a lot quicker than on a lot of other similar websites.

Every Oxford order is a disaster

Every Oxford order is a disaster. Payment is problematic-difficult, and the accounting often takes 6 months to a year to fix. I'm begging you to bring in someone that can overhaul your purchasing system so we can make orders more readily, but also ensure timely payment is made.

Quick Intervention

My purchase was lost in transit by UPS but the company quickly intervened and resent my purchase via Fedex overnight delivery.

Fast Delivery, Swift Issue Resolution – Great Experience

I recently ordered two bottles of GE Varnish from Oxford Instruments, and I’m thoroughly impressed with both the product and the service. Although one bottle was missing from the initial delivery, the package arrived earlier than expected. Upon contacting customer support, the team responded immediately and resolved the issue by shipping the missing item on priority.
The professionalism, efficiency, and courtesy shown by the Oxford Instruments customer care and eStore team were truly outstanding. It's rare to experience such quick and thoughtful service. I’m extremely satisfied and confident in continuing to purchase from them in the future.

This was first time buying from your e-store and was hesitant at first. I knew of Oxford instruments due to purchase of an EPR system. The e-store team was extremely helpful getting me through the process and now next time I know what to expect and complete when ordering from here.
