I’m extremely happy with the quality of the marquee, the fast turnaround time and the level of commitment shown to me through the whole process.

Do not recommend at all. This company does not give the service or bare mimimum design/mock ups it advertised.

After multiple mistakes were made through their poor consultation, this team refused to rectify it in time for a large annual university event, and well even after the fact.

After multiple calls and emails to try to get a correct full replacement were ignored, I would not suggest anyone going with this provider.

We ordered the same item as previously (3m x 3m market umbrellas) but these ones have a shorter pole by around 20cm meaning they are not long enough to go through our tables and into the bases. They also have no strap to hold the cords when they are open. Very disappointed with these

Excellent customer service from Mona and Jenna on a recent order of banners and customer tablecloths. The products are good quality and the ordering process was smooth. The team was very flexible and helpful in making our payment arrangements work and when an item was damaged during delivery they have been prompt in sending a replacement without any issues. Highly recommend!

Having seen an example of a marquee by Event Display and being impressed by the quality, their competitive pricing made the decision to purchase two custom 3x3 marquees for a local sporting club an easy one. Ordering was straightforward, delivery prompt, and the finished product looks fantastic!

I paid for express delivery to guarantee my items arrived in time for an important event. they didn’t, they were 3 days late and I was left scrambling for our event. It was also very challenging having the items delivered in 4 separate deliveries, no consignments.
The initial enquiry and design part of the process were great. But once I paid, the experience was terrible.
