There have been some mix-ups with our rather specific lists, and Daisy has always been prompt and worked closely with us to adjust filters and get us the best list possible! Oh boy.. It has been a roller coaster working with ExactData. However, there is a massive plot twist.

So initially there was a lot of inconveniences that have taken place. I was at first left frustrated and disappointed with the lack of availability and misinformation provided regarding the email list I ordered for $180.

I was initially told that the list of 1000 home buyers was available, only days later find out that it was not.

I was then given three options:

- High income renters who would have high propensity
- Young families with children
- Empty nesters looking to downsize

which apparently are also not available.

You can only imagine my frustration.

The only “option left” was renters with a household income of $300,000 or more.

After I had requested to have it done by that day (which was 2 days later after waiting 4 days for my order), I was told that my order will be delayed until next week.

I was even more frustrated and told them it was unacceptable and that I would be bringing this to the attention of their supervisors.

Finally after all this turmoil of inconveniences, it was later as of this day I finally received my order (1/26/2023).

The representative then gives me a call to let me know (in a very apathetic way) that we are no longer going to do anymore future transactions and tried to shut me down from trying to remedy this when I haven’t done anything wrong…

Surely you can empathize my disappointment with those two representatives I had to deal with.

I was then forwarded to their supervisor and I just gotta say, he took care of the matter within SECONDS! To top it all off, he will be my point-in-contact from this day forth.

Went from 0 stars to 5 stars, thank you Kevin Dwyer!

Just make sure whoever you are dealing with is someone who cares and will look out for you.

Beware of Kristen Buck and Carli Stisco as they tended me poorly. Although I will be fair, Kristen did follow up with me quickly, but outside that, she and carli were unprofessional.

Jason was outstanding. When he came back with pricing that nearly knocked me off my chair, he came up with a solution for me that worked within my budget. And when there was an error with delivery on a list, he got right on it and made it right in the same day. I would highly recommend him and will definitely be reaching back out to him when I have additional needs.

All went well. My questions were answered, and I was able to complete everything easily and quickly.
