Duplicate and Incomplete Data - No Response
I asked that we not receive duplicates of previous purchases. I received duplicates. In the past we had the full 9 digit zip code. This time only 5. I immediately called and emailed asking for this to be fixed and have been met with silence. I have had no response.

I didn’t receive the leads I requested,seems I was sold a bunch of names and numbers that I could have generated myself from the phone book. Very disappointed. Glad I only lost $400. I notified my contact at exact data with my issue and was basically told in a nice way “sorry there’s nothing I can do you’re on your own”.

Absolutely horrible from…
The agent was absolutely horrible from beginning to end, he was not setting me up for success, he was simply seeking a sale. I finally got a refund but would not refund me the scam part....email design. How can you email design something if you are not sending emails? If I could give them zero stars I would.

The leads they provided had little to no correct information attached to them. When I asked for the leads to be fixed there was nothing done with them.

Many addresses not up to date.
Many of the people on the list have moved out of state. However, since it was less than 10% of the names I received, the data met the accuracy promised in the agreement. The salesman is willing to provide more leads should the 10% threshold be crossed. They provided prompt follow up to see about assisting me.
