Horrendous
Horrendous. Of the 5500 email addresses I paid for, all but 250 bounced and got my account red flagged. I asked for a full refund and did not receive either a full or partial refund. A terrible waste of money and complete rip off and unless I get a refund, your rating from me for those ask is awful.

Based on the results you’re describing (your account getting red-flagged and low deliverability rates) it appears that you may be using an incompatible deployment platform. Many of the popular email deployment systems don’t allow for the import of third-party email addresses, which is detailed during our order and fulfillment process. That said, we’d be more than happy to assist you in resolving the issue to get your purchased emails deployed using one of our internal platforms.
I know that we’d previously been working to provide a resolution and have not heard back in the last several weeks. We’d be more than happy to assist you again and resolution to this issue as soon as possible.

The list was very inaccurate
The list was very inaccurate. I never received a new list as they promised. I wasted weeks and lots of money attempting to use a list that was at least 4-5 years old.

After shopping around, Exact Data had the best price and outstanding customer service. My representative, Larry Rosenthal, I felt, went above and beyond to help me find the right list and get it to me in a format that was user friendly. I highly recommend their services and will use them again when needed.

Purchased 10 Contacts and only 2K work
I purchased 10K contacts and all of the gmail.com and yahoo.com accounts end up in spam. I have been working with my email platform, but to no avail. If you have any email platform providers that have worked let me know. Right now I only have about 2K working.

When you work with Exact data it important that you don't listen to the sales pitch as much as you carefully read and understand the written purchase order you receive for your signature. Neither Mailchimp nor Constant Contact will allow us to use files from Exact Data. And there are no refunds with Exact Data.

data was incorrect for phone #'s and for owners
Our telemarketer found that at least 20 % of the phone #'s didn't answer. About 20% of the owner's names were incorrect.
