Purchased No Game No Life - Jibril - Shiro figure (Phat Company) 1/7 scale. The figure itself is 7 years old. When I received this figure, the box was very damaged along with the plastic shell on the inside. Luckily the figure was in good condition apart from some dust and very minor paint chips on the ends of the figure's hair. I quickly contacted customer support as I was unhappy with the condition of my purchase and they stated there is nothing they can do as the figure was in long term storage so they can't guarantee the figure to be in good condition even though Exfigure state on their website their figures are in brand new condition. I tried to push for a partial refund of $150 which I knew was too much and I stated I am happy to negotiate and come to a deal we were both happy with but they could only offer me $15 USD as I did not do an unboxing video. Customer service was poor and they obviously mishandle their figures when they are in storage. I am sure buying a recent release figure or preorder figure from Exfigure would be safe but do not buy an old figure as damage is guaranteed and you will not get any reasonable refund. If they had mentioned that their older release figures might come with some damage due to long term storage conditions then I would have bought elsewhere. I am just warning potential buyers to please read their policies carefully before purchasing a figure from this store and to also read other negative reviews as this seems to be a common theme. If you're a serious collector who seeks their item to be in good condition (including the box the figure comes in) then please shop elsewhere. Amiami is a good store that provides a grading system for figures that are old or preowned so you know what to expect when the parcel arrives.

Figures are usually packed well and legit, however customer service is useless.
I needed my address changed before the package was shipped out, and I was assured this change was made. However it wasn't, and the package was delivered to the wrong address.

Honestly, I was nervous at first because they had a pretty rare figure BUT they came through! Customer service was AMAZING, they disclosed the flaws on the figure they had and confirmed and compensated me before shipping it; ALSO, they compensated me for another mark I found when it was delivered. All the flaws were pretty small and barely noticeable too!

Pre ordered a figure exclusive for the Asian market for delivery to the EU. Even though the initial estimated delivery date was way off, the support team (who respond quickly) explained in detail why it could take longer and provided me with a new delivery timeframe.

My package was shipped accordingly, in very safe and sturdy packaging (my figure's box was placed inside a cardboard box, then inside another box sealed with plastic). It arrived in the EU and was delivered by the local postal service.

The price may be high, but the figures are new and legit, shipping costs are included, and there were no VAT or customs fees to pay.

I ordered an expensive figure (NIKKE Cinderella 1/4 by Hobby Sakura) since the shop is an MFC Partner so I was willing to try them out thanks to their free shipping. The support is very helpful and answered all my questions and concerns within 24 hrs.
Today the figure arrived with good enough packaging. The figure packaging had minor dents, but not too bad. The figure is new and authentic just as described and looks great! I'm definitely willing to order from them again!

I ordered a figure (~300€) from this store and unfortunately received it with visible marks on the figure, scratches on the base, and stains inside the box.

I contacted customer service immediately after receiving the package and provided photos. However, the company refused to offer any solution because I did not record an unboxing video.

While the figure may technically have been sealed, the condition did not match what I would expect for a product sold as new. I was also told that similar issues “seem to occur repeatedly with deliveries to my address,” which I found quite disappointing.

Because of this experience, I will not be ordering from this store again.

I bought an action figure of Megumi Kato because I couldnt find her anywhere else (with competitive prices, brand new one and good delivery time). The action figure was perfect, sealed and very well packaged. I waited for 1 month to have her in my house, but it was normal because the package was coming from Japan. The price was competitive. I will surely buy from them again in the future, a lot of figures out of market are still brand new here. Very appreciated.

Une figurine m'intéressait beaucoup, après plusieurs échanges de messages avec le service client, j'ai eu les réponses à toutes mes questions.
La figurine est arrivée sans problème et en parfait état, commandée le 5 février 2026 et livrée le 23 février 2026.
Comme on m'avait dit avec la livraison DDP pour la France, je n'ai pas eu de frais de douane n'y de frais de dossier transporteur a payé en supplément à la livraison.
Tout c'est parfaitement passé, je recommanderais sans hésiter sur ce site 😁😁😁😁😁

Beaucoup de chose a dire, pour commencer les pris sont... Aléatoire ? Certaines figurines sont beaucoup trop cher par rapport au prix du marché, là où, au contraire, il y en a qui devrait coûter bien plus cher.
Niveaux choix rien a redire, on trouve des figurines sortie il y a 10 ans impossible a trouver autre part, c'est très impressionnant.
Par contre la mienne était noté neuve, alors qu'elle a clairement était ouverte (et pas par la douane car je n'ai rien payé) je trouve ça plutôt moyen... Après cette figurine a 10 ans, j'imaginais bien qu'elle ne serais pas neuve, sa n'existe pas.
Niveaux emballage et livraison rien a redire, les colis vienne de chine mais la livraison est gratuite, elle était très bien emballé et je n'ai pas payé de frais de douane (pour la France).
Pour conclure je dirais qu'il est intéressant de commander sur ce site si le prix est très intéressant ou si il s'agit d'une figurine introuvable. Sinon passer votre chemin.

Excellent prices and service. Verified by shop.app, the delivery was smooth and fast. The figure was protected well in the shipping box, though there were very minor dents in it. First purchase, but seem trustworthy!

Ich habe eine Figur für 260 Euro gekauft und als ich mich riesig gefreut habe das sie hier ist war die Enttäuschung groß als ich gemerkt habe das sich die Teile nicht zusammenstecken lassen. Nach einer Mail mit Bildern vom Problem an den Support, hat mir Jackie vom Support geschrieben ich solle ein Video von dem Problem machen welches sie dem Hersteller zeigen können. Gesagt getan und als Antwort bekommen das sie sich melden wenn sie etwas vom Hersteller hören. Nach einem halben Monat hab ich dann mal nachgefragt wie es aussieht und zur Antwort bekommen das sie noch keine Rückmeldung haben und ich es weiter mit leichtem erhitzen mit einem Föhn versuchen solle.Nach einem Monat habe ich erneut nachgefragt und sollte dann erstmal ein neues Video machen weil das alte nicht mehr gültig ist. Mit dem neuen Video habe ich in der Mail mitgeteilt das ich dann doch langsam gerne eine Lösung hören würde. In der nächsten Mail wurde mir dann mitgeteilt das der Hersteller den After-Sale-Support eingestellt hat sie mir aus Kulanz aber 20 Euro erstatten können......das fand ich bei einer 260 Euro Figur eine ziemliche Frechheit.... Die Figur haben sie danach auch nochmal 15Euro teurer gemacht im Shop. Lange rede Kurzer Sinn: Ich sitze auf einer defekten 260 Euro Figur und jeder sollte einen möglichst WEITEN Bogen um ExFigure machen.

I find myself coming back to Exfigure again and again because they offer such fair prices, quick service, and truly outstanding customer support!

I was really happy with ExFigure. I bought an action figure of Megumi Kato and it came brand new, with a really good packaging. This was my first purchase e surelly will buy more in the future, the only thing you have to consider is the delivery time. It took 1 month to get my figure (I’m from Italy). For the rest everything was perfect. Higly recommend it!!! :)
