Exfigure Reviews 

Ich habe bei Exfigure eine 4/1 Scale Hatsune Miku Figur bestellt. Da es sich um eine recht teure Bestellung handelte, war ich anfangs etwas nervös. Letztendlich verlief aber alles problemlos.

Die Figur kam etwa zweieinhalb Wochen nach der Bestellung bei mir an und war sehr gut und sicher verpackt. Die Figur selbst war in einwandfreiem Zustand und genau wie beschrieben.

Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist für mich die Sendungsverfolgung. Auf der Exfigure-Website wurde der Bestellstatus lediglich von „Nicht erfüllt“ auf „Erfüllt“ geändert, ohne weitere Informationen zum Bearbeitungs- oder Versandstatus. Über die Shop-App konnte ich zumindest teilweise nachvollziehen, dass die Bestellung versendet wurde. Erst einen Tag vor der Zustellung erhielt ich von DHL eine funktionierende Sendungsverfolgung mit dem angekündigten Liefertermin, der dann auch eingehalten wurde.

Der Versand erfolgte über Yamato. Leider funktionierte die dortige Sendungsverfolgung bei mir nicht und zeigte nur einen Systemfehler an. Ich vermute allerdings, dass Exfigure darauf keinen direkten Einfluss hat.

Insgesamt bin ich mit meinem Einkauf sehr zufrieden. Die Ware war original, hervorragend verpackt und kam sicher bei mir an. Mit einer besseren und transparenteren Sendungsverfolgung wäre es für mich eine klare 5-Sterne-Bewertung gewesen.

So far, I’m very satisfied with the customer service. I’m still waiting for the package to arrive, but based on my experience so far, I’m very happy with everything.

Ich habe eine Figur bestellt und musste sie nach einem Tag leider den Vertrag widerrufen wegen einem Todesfall in der Familie. Der Verkäufer sagte mir, er würde stornieren wenn ich damit einverstanden bin dass er 6 Prozent des Kaufpreises einbehalten kann, da PayPal diese nicht von eatattet. Ich verneinte das und verlangte natürlich die komplette Zahlung. Der Verkäufer weigert sich. Ich kann hier nur abraten. Es gibt Gesetze an die der Verkäufer sich nicht halten möchte.
PayPal habe ich ebenfalls kontaktiert. Der Verkäufer bekommt keine 6 Prozent berechnet. Er muss sich aber bei PayPal melden. Ich soll mir über PayPal das Geld zurück holen.

Quality ist top (Orginal denke ich mit Wahrscheinlichkeit) auf mein Paket stand ‘Vorsicht Glas’ damit darauf aufgepasst wird. Ich hatte keine Dellen an meinen Paket es kam vorsichtig an. Die Figur ist wunderschön Detail getreu. Lieferung ging schnell. Bestellung insgesamt eine 10 von 10

I loved the figures quality. The first 2 figures came in fast, and they are not broken. Tho I recently bought 2 figures, and one of them should have came 2 days ago. I don’t get emailed where they are or nothing else. Idk where are they. Delivery service should be better.

Had a small problem with my order. Yet due to the helpfulness of customers service it was rectified within a day.

Kundenservice war sehr hilfreich. Obwohl das gewünschte Produkt nichtmehr verfügbar war wurde mir ein Ausstellungsprodukt angeboten und mir die Möglichkeit gegeben mich einfach umzuentscheiden, wenn dies nicht meinen Erwartungen entsprochen hätte.

Purchased No Game No Life - Jibril - Shiro figure (Phat Company) 1/7 scale. The figure itself is 7 years old. When I received this figure, the box was very damaged along with the plastic shell on the inside. Luckily the figure was in good condition apart from some dust and very minor paint chips on the ends of the figure's hair. I quickly contacted customer support as I was unhappy with the condition of my purchase and they stated there is nothing they can do as the figure was in long term storage so they can't guarantee the figure to be in good condition even though Exfigure state on their website their figures are in brand new condition. I tried to push for a partial refund of $150 which I knew was too much and I stated I am happy to negotiate and come to a deal we were both happy with but they could only offer me $15 USD as I did not do an unboxing video. Customer service was poor and they obviously mishandle their figures when they are in storage. I am sure buying a recent release figure or preorder figure from Exfigure would be safe but do not buy an old figure as damage is guaranteed and you will not get any reasonable refund. If they had mentioned that their older release figures might come with some damage due to long term storage conditions then I would have bought elsewhere. I am just warning potential buyers to please read their policies carefully before purchasing a figure from this store and to also read other negative reviews as this seems to be a common theme. If you're a serious collector who seeks their item to be in good condition (including the box the figure comes in) then please shop elsewhere. Amiami is a good store that provides a grading system for figures that are old or preowned so you know what to expect when the parcel arrives.

One of my figures came with minor damage that I believe the store wasn't responsible for, I decided to keep the figure and fix it myself, yet they still kindly offered me a partial refund ❤️

Figures are usually packed well and legit, however customer service is useless.
I needed my address changed before the package was shipped out, and I was assured this change was made. However it wasn't, and the package was delivered to the wrong address.

Honestly, I was nervous at first because they had a pretty rare figure BUT they came through! Customer service was AMAZING, they disclosed the flaws on the figure they had and confirmed and compensated me before shipping it; ALSO, they compensated me for another mark I found when it was delivered. All the flaws were pretty small and barely noticeable too!

I bought a wonderfull statue from exfigure delivered really good

Pre ordered a figure exclusive for the Asian market for delivery to the EU. Even though the initial estimated delivery date was way off, the support team (who respond quickly) explained in detail why it could take longer and provided me with a new delivery timeframe.

My package was shipped accordingly, in very safe and sturdy packaging (my figure's box was placed inside a cardboard box, then inside another box sealed with plastic). It arrived in the EU and was delivered by the local postal service.

The price may be high, but the figures are new and legit, shipping costs are included, and there were no VAT or customs fees to pay.

I ordered an expensive figure (NIKKE Cinderella 1/4 by Hobby Sakura) since the shop is an MFC Partner so I was willing to try them out thanks to their free shipping. The support is very helpful and answered all my questions and concerns within 24 hrs.
Today the figure arrived with good enough packaging. The figure packaging had minor dents, but not too bad. The figure is new and authentic just as described and looks great! I'm definitely willing to order from them again!

I ordered a figure (~300€) from this store and unfortunately received it with visible marks on the figure, scratches on the base, and stains inside the box.

I contacted customer service immediately after receiving the package and provided photos. However, the company refused to offer any solution because I did not record an unboxing video.

While the figure may technically have been sealed, the condition did not match what I would expect for a product sold as new. I was also told that similar issues “seem to occur repeatedly with deliveries to my address,” which I found quite disappointing.

Because of this experience, I will not be ordering from this store again.

I bought an action figure of Megumi Kato because I couldnt find her anywhere else (with competitive prices, brand new one and good delivery time). The action figure was perfect, sealed and very well packaged. I waited for 1 month to have her in my house, but it was normal because the package was coming from Japan. The price was competitive. I will surely buy from them again in the future, a lot of figures out of market are still brand new here. Very appreciated.
