Overall an excellent experience! The figure is authentic (Re:Zero Frozen Emilia Crystal Dress Ver.) and it came in perfect condition thanks to the reinforced packaging, I will definitely consider buying again from them!

the happiest i’ve ever been with a figure company, the customer service was great! I had asked about the stock of an item and they had offered to keep one on hold for me because stock was low. the figure itself arrived in great quality, no problems at all not even a slight scuff of paint! i was a bit nervous based on some reviews on reddit but i’m beyond happy with my purchase. definitely will be buying again, thank you so much :3

Première figurine reçue en janvier 2025, cassée-e à l'arrivée. Photos à l'appui. Jackie du support m'a aidé à retourner la figurine: parfait.

Un nouvel envoi de figurine a été fait et reçu le 8 avril 2025: cassée, encore. J'ai recontacté le support le lendemain avec photos à l'appui.

Cette fois, pas si simple... nous sommes le 24 septembre, le Support attend un document que la poste refuse de me délivrer... je suis donc coincée avec une figurine de 300€ cassée... et il semble que rien ne soit envisagé sans ce document que je ne peux obtenir...

Très déçue.

I was a bit worried if it was real because there where figurines i couldnt find anywhere else but decided to take a chance. But i’m really happy. The shipping time took a few weeks but thats expected because it needed to come a long way to europe. Figurine was safely packed in multiply boxes and i got the real/ original figurine that i wanted :)

Honestly, I was not entirely sure how serious the seller was, but decided to place an order anyway, as they had a statue in stock for which I had been looking for a while. In the end, had nothing to complain - the statue is original, came in perfect condition and on schedule.

just perfect

I was searching for a Chinese figurine that was not available in other websites and I found it here. The shopping process was easy, they accept PayPal and everything went smoothly. My only concert was that the tracking number seemed odd to me but I contacted the customer service and they answered all my questions and doubts very kindly and with a lot of detail. Shout-out to Jackie, such a nice person ^^ The figurine has arrived in pristine condition and very fast. To sum up, great website and amazing treat, highly recommended!

Packaged really well, never heard of this company before this purchase but I decided to take a leap of faith. As they have a lot of older harder to get figures and best of all shipping is included in the price.
Which I think I absolutely brilliant as the freeing bunnies come in absolutely massive boxes.
I will definitely be using this company again in the future as it has been a very pleasant experience.

Excellent delivery, came with no scratches, indents and overall good and secure packaging. On top of that, the delivery is free of charge. Exfigure has a good variety of figurines from all anime series. I especially like the megahouse One Piece figurines. Overall the perfect site to buy your figurines from even though the delivery time is pretty long.
