I got the same problem with rapido cv which is basically the same sh...t. it should be just 99p pound but actually I am paying 29,99 pounds every month. I asked for refund and cancel my subscription but is not happening. I'm so disappointed. I think that the only way to stop them to stollen my money is changing my bank account and bank. do you think that it's can works?

I paid for a CV for £1.99 and this lovely company have decided to charge me £29.90 without me finding out till yesterday!! They’ve taken 3 monthly payments off me so £29.90 for THREE months. I have contacted my bank and I am taking this further they can’t be doing this to people who just want a bloody CV!!!
I am beyond furious, I wouldn’t even bother emailing this company they don’t answer the jokers.

Contraté un servicio de 0.99€ y me empezaron a cobrar mensualidades de 29,9€ durante 5 meses, de lo que no me di cuenta hasta enero. Lo he denunciado en el banco y tuve que ir a comisaría. Hay que denunciar. Se supone que me lo van a reembolsar.

This supposedly to rate it with red warning sign! This is a SCAM, they have taken 29.99USD x2 without any permission. Despite I have sent them the cancelation forum, I had to block my credit card in order to stop their stealing because even the said they canceled my subscription but they are gangs and simply untrusted

I agree with all other reviews, I approved a one off payment of £1.99 to download a CV I created and was charged £29.99. For EIGHT MONTHS I have been emailing them asking for this to be cancelled and have been ignored every time. The £29.99 has been coming out of my account every month whilst I have been doing this so I am now £239.92 down for something I did not agree to. You can’t just cancel the payment with your bank as it’s not set up as a direct debit. The company just take the payment each month. AVOID!!!

Too late! I created a CV and downloaded it for around USD2. The outline is nothing like the one on my screen - it looks terrible. I sent them a note to cancel my 7 day trial via their website but THERE ARE NO CONTACT DETAILS to get hold of them directly! Should have done my homework. Now the USD30 was charged to my account - within minutes of approving only USD2. I have cancelled my credit card.

ESTAFADORES! Básicamente te haces un currículum, les pagas 0,90€ y a final de cada mes te empiezan a sablar 30€. Me he puesto en contacto con ellos para que me devuelvan el dinero y dicen que no es posible por haber aceptado sus Términos y Condiciones. Ojalá cruzarme algún día en persona con el responsable de esta estafa.

I require my subscription to be CANCELLED immediately. There is NO option on the website and I am charged 29.9$ more than 6 months, on a monthly basis.

Fuc***NG scammers. I realised after 3 months they charged me 29.90 every month plus once with no reason. Block your card. Don't even bother to negotiate closure as they won't let you

Ich möchte mein Mitgliedschaft mit denen kündigen, obwohl ich nicht bestätigt habe, mit denen ein Abo zu haben und ich habe keinen Vertrag mit Ihnen aber von Ihnen wurde jeden Monat 29.90 € abgebucht seit November.2020 und das ist unfair, weil ich keinen Vertrag mit Ihnen habe. Ich werde einen Anwalt nehmen, da Sie mir keinen Vertrag mir per E-mail geschickt haben und ich habe nichts bestätigt.

J'ai signalé le site à la DGCCRF et à Google. Il s'agit d'un site d'escroquerie très organisé, j'espère qu'ils feront quelque chose rapidement

i had the same issue of purchasing the 0.9$ plan and then ending up with another deduction of 29$, i have looked through the website and found nowhere of that invoice, and not even a section that i can disable the auto renewal, i looked it up and found that everyone is saying that it is a spam website, i contacted my bank to cancel my card to avoid having the auto renewal happening if i fail to disable, i contacted the website, i thought they will never reply to me, they did but in two days, they said that the 29$ was only a blocked amount to be deducted on the renewal period, and for cancelation, they send me a form to print and to write on it that i no longer want to be a subscriber, i printed it out, wrote on it and singed that i dont want to renew, i sent it to them and they replied with this :

They don't even deserve any stars given above, I am a college student with no job at the moment paying back loans and they have scammed me like everyone else, I wish I had checked trust pilot before paying, but I was desperate for a job and didn't think they would take more then 90c. PLEASE NEVER USE THIS SITE, currently on the phone to report fraud and block them taking anymore money. ( not like they can cause I have none ).

Dopo una prova a pagamento di 7 giorni, con pochi euro di spesa, scatta in automatico l'abbonamento mensile di 29.90 euro.

I servizi forniti da questo sito sono inesistenti, come è inesistente il jome dell'azienda sull'intestazione del bonifico che cita "DESIGNSCV INTERNET" quando in realtà l'azienda si chiama Express CV e in questo modo farete fatica a capire a quale sito siete abbonati e come disabbonarsi.

In questo modo riescono a rubare soldi alle persona anche per mesi.

È "legalizzata" perché probabilmente inseriscono in qualche microclausola il fatto che l'abbonamento scatta in automatico ma se ci sono più di 1000 recensioni che dicono tutte la stessa cosa vuol dire che è praticamente impossibile esserne a conoscenza.

Faccio un esempio, anche Linkedin Premium offre la prova gratuita ma si capisce fin dal primo istante che una volta scaduto il primo mese si dovrà pagare, in questo caso no.

Spero gli facciano chiudere il sito il prima possibile
