What made my experience different and great was how the whole process went through.
It all started with effective communication between myself and the Eye Clinic team, amazingly when I meet them personally at clinic,7 Devonshire,London with team captain Dr Hamada was super.
During diagnosis and surgery at the cataract center was incredible and fantastic,friendly and professionalism at its peak.

I only wanted the best surgeon for my cataract operations. After all my eyes are incredibly important to me. Mr Samer Hamada was top of my list. He is exceptional and so is all of his wonderful staff. I had a Galaxy Multifocal IOL in my left eye and a Galaxy Multifocal Toric in my right eye. I am writing this review one week after the surgery without glasses and with ease. Unbelievable but true I have had to wear glasses for the last 35 years but not anymore.
The whole practice is so very professional, if they say they will phone you back with an answer to a question, they will. Nothing is too much trouble, everyone is kind helpful and reassuring.
On the day of my surgery they explained everything to me making me feel relaxed as possible even when a little anxious about the operation. I can honestly say I didn’t feel any pain whatsoever during or after the operation and could see straight away, not clearly but reasonably. I was given all the instructions with do’s and do nots plus medications antibiotics, steroids and eye drops clearly written. Over the next week my vision became clearer, in fact as good as when I was a teenager. I can fully recommend the London Eye Clinic for total professionalism and friendliness. Thank you Mr Samer Hamada and all your incredible staff.

I have been seeing Mr Hamada since 2017 at the Mcindoe centre East Grinstead, and at Eye Clinic London for Fuchs dystrophy. I have had cataract surgery on both eyes and DMEK (type of Cornea Transplant) surgery on my right eye in Jan 22.I would thoroughly recommend Mr Hamada he is absolutely amazing at his job ,you couldn't wish for a better fantastic eye surgeon. He is very friendly, and such a caring person ,and makes you feel very at ease if you are very nervous, which i was. He has a very friendly team on reception at eye clinic London. I cannot speak highly enough about Mr Hamada and thank him enough for looking after me so well with my ongoing treatment. If you have any concerns and let his team no ,they will get back to you with answering any questions you have.
You couldn't wish to be in better hands.

Mr. Hamada is the best specialist ever. We’ve spent a year to find the surgeon of this highest level and experience for our 6-years boy. Mr. Hamada kept the sight on both eyes of my son. I can find the words to say thank to him. Due to his experience he managed to create an option for the thinnest cornea ever and to see it the way it will be stable. If you come to Eye Clinic of London, be sure that you are in the best hands ever!

Mr Hamada is courteous and knowledgeable. He listened carefully to what I said and then after he had examined my eyes went through point by point telling me what he recommended. My eyes were so inflamed and uncomfortable and the measures he proposed made a quick impact. I thought he was excellent.

Our family will forever be grateful to Mr. Hamada and his incredible team for the outstanding care and expertise they provided during my daughter's stem cell transplant. The consultation was highly informative and reassuring. My questions and concerns were answered fully and clearly. The team were very efficient in returning calls, and correspondence. I found the whole team to be flexible and understanding.
On the day of the procedure I was a little anxious and nervous. The staff were kind and reassuring and did not rush me. They were very attentive.
As promised, I received a follow-up call the next day to check on my well being.
My check up the following week was thorough and pleasing. Even when I experienced a minor issue, the team were extremely helpful and Dr Hamada managed to squeeze me in with an additional appointment. He was able to deal with the issue fully and expediently.
On the whole, I found the clinic to offer an excellent service, whilst being highly accomodating and efficient. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to others.

I am very happy to have met Dr.Hamada n Stephenie.B4 that.my dry eyes were so bad that made me depressed n felt hopless.Everyday my eyes were gritty n hurting .Since I attend Dr Hamada's clinic n had 5 IPL with expression of my glands.my MGD problems have been solved a lot.i must say Stephenie is very professional. She does the expreesion in great detail.very careful.gentle n very reassuring all the time.She is avery good practitioner. I had an excellent experience at the Eye Clinic London. Mr Hamanda is thoughtful, caring and a wonderful surgeon. The staff do their very best at all times to help and guide the patient. A truly excellent clinic.
