Positive experience with Eye Clinic London. Clean environment, helpful staff and excellent Doctor.

Our doctor mr Samer Hamada was amazing thank you once again.. the clinic was very clean and everyone was so helpful..

The doctor explained to me everything in small details, they did dozens pf test but made me feel reassured and comfortable. They give you all the information and time you might need. Customer service is perfect.

The liaison, the assessment, treatment plus
any questions answered. All very good. The Consultant, the Office
manager and Optometrist were very helpful, informative
and professional. It's a relief to have received
treatment that has an impact on MGD after years of

It has been one year since I have undergone ICL surgery with Mr Hamada. I am so grateful to him and the team at Eye Clinic London for allowing me to experience life without glasses or contact lenses!

From the initial consultation through to the actual surgery day and the subsequent follow up appointments, he was very thorough and answered all my questions with patience.

Due to a complication, I was one of the very few patients that needed a lens exchange. This would naturally cause any patient to worry. However I knew I picked the right surgeon for my procedure. The calm manner in which Mr Hamada explained everything, coupled with the genuine care and attention he gave, allowed me to reassure even more trust and confidence in him. His ability to handle any situations that may arise during or after eye surgery is nothing short of outstanding.

Dr Hamada is very experience in this area and has been a great help to me and my daughter with our congenital problem. The team at London Eye Clinic are very helpful.

Living with excessive dry and gritty eyes is no fun, no amount of eye drops seemed to work. It was suggested that IPL treatment by Mr Hamada would help. After 4 sessions the oily secretions in my eyes are activated again and comfort is regained. Lubricating eye drops no longer take over my every thought.

Dr Hamada and his team were great, very professional, attentive and helpful. I definitely felt like I am in good hands. Dr Hamada was very careful and took the time to explain things from beginning to end. Communication with Joanna was great and very timely. Overall great experience, and definitely recommend.

All the staff were very friendly and professional and explained what was going to be done and when. The explained about the drops were explained very well so when I got home I could manage. The actual procedure was comfortable in a calm environment and soothing musical chosen by the staff because I was too nervous to choose! The music calmed the atmosphere for me!

Everyone was unfailingly courteous and helpful. I would particularly like to thank Mr Hamada for describing the procedure of the operations as he did it.

Incredible ophthalmologist who actually gave us a clear diagnosis with the cause of the issue and the best way moving forward. I had been to so many surgeons across London and only after my consultation and IPL at the eye clinic did I feel relief. Thank you!!!

Was hugely impressed with the whole process, from initial enquiry to perfect result. All the staff were helpful and efficient, but special mention to Mr Hamada (of course) for making the whole process smooth and painless, literally. And shout out to Joanna who guided me through the first phone call to completion. Best decision I have ever made.

I have been under Mr Hamada's care for several years now and I cannot speak highly enough of his patience and expertise. He communicates in a clear, honest but above all supportive way. Nothing is ever too much trouble either for him or his office manager, Joanna. Brilliant!

My son has been going to Mr Hamada for several years now. He had his annual check up this week and as usual, Mr Hamada was excellent. He is so good with my son and very reassuring.
