Sachin is a fantastic instructor i met through ez licence. He is very informative and professional, whilst still providing a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Sachin provided apps to help with the practical and theory side of driving, as well as specifics required for the test. Thats something my previous instructor never did. With every lesson he recaps where we left off and asks me if theres anything specific that I would like to work on. He finishes each lesson with another recap on our progress. He's very attentive and helpful. He sends me a reminder the day before each lesson as well, which is great, especially being a working mum with 4 children! I would very happily highly recommend Sachin to anyone who is looking for a friendly, quality and knowledgeable instructor!

I had a really positive learning experience with Sam. She is a very calm, polite, patient, and highly skilled instructor. She explains everything clearly and makes you feel comfortable and confident while learning. I really appreciate her professional approach and the way she gives helpful guidance and feedback throughout the lessons. I would highly recommend Sam to anyone looking for a supportive and knowledgeable driving instructor.

Her guidance made it easier for me to learn from my mistakes and improve. I would highly recommend her.

Do Not book with this company. The company is so unreliable. I booked with them and was not able to contact my driver even 1 hour before the lesson was supposed to start. EzLicence do not want to refund me and they have suspended my account. On top of that, their communication over email is so so POOR. You cannot contact them via telephone so this is the only way. Their email communication is awful!! Do NOT book with these people, they are just awful. This is my third poor review and I will be making more if this issue if not resolved soon! I am not happy with my experience with this company at all, I am still waiting for my refund.

Ali is genuinely one of the most professional, knowledgeable and reliable instructors I’ve had the pleasure of training with. He’s always punctual, precise, patient and really cares about helping you succeed.I passed my test yesterday with his help, with only one minor fault! 🏍️🙌Couldn’t recommend him enough. Very calm and professional

If you are looking for total peace of mind , then this is where you will find it ! Delroy is a very patient, friendly and amazing instructor. I would definitely recommend him to new learners .

Be careful using instructor (Lashman) he shouted at me whilst teaching me how to drive slamming the car furniture in the vechile and does not have patience with new drivers behind the vechile. Then terminated my lessons. He was patronising me throughout the whole lesson

I had a wonderful time learning to drive! My instructor was so patient and calm during every lesson. They explain things clearly and help you fix mistakes without stress. I felt fully ready and confident on my test day, and I passed on my first try! I am very happy and recommend them to everyone.

Very good, everything went well and the way he explained stuff was good

I booked a driving lesson through EasyLicence (booking number 423840). The driver didn't show up for the lesson. When I called him, he said they weren't paying him and refused to come.

Despite the lesson not taking place, it shows as completed in my account. I contacted support asking for a refund to my balance, but I haven't received any response.

Very disappointed with the service. Wasted time, no lesson, and no reply from support — leaves an extremely negative impression.

Carlos is my instructor very good

I made a booking with an instructor and he never turned up or answered his calls and texts. Ony one way to reach out to the company to report it and Zendesk sends you an automated response telling you customer services will contact you. 3 days later there is no response. I had an earlier issue with another instructor in February and they got back to me and resolved it so I gave them another chance. Now my whole week is wasted and I cannot book another lesson until they transfer my credits and all tge instructors are fully booked.

Very Good lesson. He was very patient with me and very good at explaining everything. Then best!
