I had a mix up with delivery. I emailed Facelove and was immediately contacted by an excellent customer service agent Amore. By the end of the day the problem was solved. If the product is half as good as their customer service, it should be exceptional.

I love FaceLove mascara! It has been making my eyelashes look stronger and longer.

The best part is the ingredients. I used to have allergies and irritation in my eyes because of mascaras, but I don’t have that problem anymore! I am so happy! 🥰

I love the Facelove mascara. The brush is designed to find ever lash and it does, making my lashes look longer and thicker than they have for years. But what was the best part of dealing with Facelove was the service I received. After the order arrived at the entry port it disappeared from tracking. I waited for several days before contacting Facelove customer support (I mean you Pauline) and within an hour received confirmation that the shipment had been lost and a replacement would be shipped immediately. And it arrived within days. I appreciate that my inquiry was handled with such a prompt response. I will not hesitate to order Facelove Cosmetic products in the future

The mascara is delightful, smooth, easy to remove and looks great. My largest praise goes to Customer Service Rep RAY who went above and beyond to rectify a shipping mixup. I ordered black and received brown. Ray was my first contact and helped me kindly and graciously through the process of receiving the black mascara. Lots of online merchants have questionable customer service, but my experience with Ray at Facelove was top notch. I will continue to order from Facelove.

Quiet possibly the best customer service I have ever experienced. I changed my mind on the product that I ordered and there were no questions asked. The is hard to believe these days. Online buying and returning has gotten really tricky these days. I would certainly order from them again. Five Stars!!!

I’m such a hopeful skeptic when it come to insta ads but I thought let’s try this primer. I’ve yet to try it but the Mascara- wow! Absolutely perfect- much to my surprise it does exactly what the website promises. I even cried today and it didn’t run! Throughout the day it didnt flake and days a eye fluttering spasm like other brands I’ve tried

I received a defective tube of Facelove. I notified the company and was greeted with respect and a true effort to help. I did what was asked of me and they did agree the product was defective. They told me they would replace it at no charge. Yuki handled the issue professionally and with kindness. Great company and I will continue to order their products. Thank you for your help and swift action.

My experience with this company has been 100 per cent positive. When I explained my issue, they promptly suggested a solution that was acceptable and more than fair to me. I will continue to use their products.

I never knew there was mascara for "seasoned" lashes. I love the mascara, and I also love the eye lash serum! Customer service (Ray) was really on top of things! She even reached out to make sure that my package arrived. Kudos, Facelove😊

I had an issue with my order. Ray gave me options to fix it and worked with me to get what I wanted. He made it so easy, it was a great experience.

This was my first time ordering the mascara. It had stated if you purchase it, there would be a free eye serum and a mystery gift given. I misread it and ordered only one mascara so I reached out. A very nice gentleman named Ray wrote me back right away and explained how I misread the website. He canceled the first order and I went online and ordered two mascara's and now I will get the eye serum and gift. I am excited to try this product. I am a senior and my eye lashes are getting so thin and I keep trying so many mascaras. The reviews are great for this company. I can't wait to get my mascara and see if it will stop the falling out.

I have not received my product yet but I needed to contact customer service and the representative, Yuki, was very helpful and solved my issue immediately. Looking forward to getting my product so I can write another review. So far my expectations have been exceeded.

DON'T BUY FROM THIS BRAND. CUSTOMER IS AWFUL!!!!! I'd give zero stars if I could. I had a reaction to their brown mascara and brown eyeshadow. Both caused me to have a terrible reaction and swollen eyes. They have hassled me to no end to take 20% of what I paid. Then 50%. They just are refusing to take these back to refund my money. IT'S JUST NOT WORTH IT!!!!
