Ordered on the 15 September 2026. When I opened one of the bars I noticed there was no scent at all.On checking the other two boxes I could see that the sell by date was the 25 August 2026! Clearly been on the shelf / in stock for significant time!
Emailed customer services and no response whatsoever. Won’t be buying again!!

Made the order on the 29th of August 26 - Promised a 2 day delivery window. 16th of September 2026 to-date no reply to chasing, no telephone number to call. Extremely poor customer service.

I bought blue cedar shower gel and it doesn't smell of anything . So disappointed. The grapefruit and orange hand wash is nice. I bought some along with hand and body lotion for a friend who admired it when we stayed at a holiday cottage. When a product promises a lot and delivers nothing it's a waste of money.

I use this product in my own home and my newly established Airbnb . I absolutely love it and so do my guests , they frequently ask what the products are so have now stated on my Airbnb advert that that’s what is supplied .

Swift response from customer service regarding a non-delivery with an immediate replacement delivery.

So nice to have found ethical products that actually deliver. I recommend the body wash, hand wash and washing up liquid, all very effective and smell great (the washing up liquid especially surprised me). Unfortunately the shampoo and conditioner just really doesnt suit my hair which is a shame but im sure it works for others. Definately give these products a chance

I ordered the coconut shampoo and conditioner for dry hair & scalp. Unfortunately, it made my hair feel even drier and stiff. A real shame as I will only use natural, cruelty-free products and wanted to love this. Would like to know why this is marketed for dry hair, when it clearly makes it worse.

Really appalling customer service from start to finish.
If you don't/can't download the couriers app, you don't get to find out when your delivery has arrived.

Not sure what the product is like yet but I hope it's not as bad as the dreadful customer service.
Why can't the customer service be as quick to answer any queries as they are to take customers money????

Second lot of soaps I purchased off this company.
I have to say I am disappointed by the quality of the items this time.
Hardly any smell at all off the 2 x Coconut Soaps compared to last lot.
It seems alot of people are having problems with anything coconut in them.

I have fine, dry hair and bought the coconut shampoo and conditioner for dry hair and scalp. It made my hair even drier and brittle. I've previously used the Lavender, which also did the same, plus made my scalp flaky. Very disappointed!

I’ve been really impressed with the Faith in Nature range. The products are great quality, smell fantastic and offer excellent value for natural hair and body care. I especially love the new refillable aluminium bottles they look great, feel much more premium and are a brilliant way to cut down on single-use plastic. A fantastic range that makes choosing more sustainable everyday products easy.

Coconut Hydrating shampoo scored 43 'poor' on Yukka as it contains Ammonium Lauryl Sulfate; very surprised that this company uses this ingredient which is a well known irritant. Customer service response also very poor. I no longer trust this company to use what I consider to be 'safe' ingredients.

Well after months of poor communication on their part, eventually I got an answer. I did use their products and decided to use one I had never used before, well that product burnt my skin. I contacted FIN who asked me to provide photos and information including batch number. As I said many months later, and every attempt being made by me first for an answer, I was told there was no issue. Well Im now left with a scarred hand. I did not use any other products around this time and the fact it took so long on their part is concerning. Ive worked in a microbiology lab and know for a fact it should not take months. From receiving, to logging the product and incubation and all steps needed. A contest email would have shown you cared. I specifically wanted to use them due to me having to avoid SLS products. I will obviously now be going elsewhere. The customer service when it goes wrong is shocking, the lack of communication is shocking and I guess Im left eith a marked hand for my trouble. Thanks FIN...youve lost a customer. Be wary, if it goes wrong, it goes very wrong.

I absolutely love Faith in Nature products. The scents are divine and long lasting, and all natural.

I have wild Rose shampoo and body wash. I love the smell and it's so refreshing after use. I use the shampoo as there are no chemicals in it. Would recommend this to everybody

I really like Faith in Nature soap and hair bars, a huge step forward into making things “plastic free”, in my flat great products which I really like, they work well and have gentle but very nice natural scents!
